Love having this portal!
It’s great having all the current information for my local YMCA locations accessible on my phone. No problems to report.
Very Helpful
I go to this App aLOT!! Keeps me encouraged and informed. I wish we knew a little information about the trainers of each of the classes!! Thank you SO MUCH for all you do!! PS I LOVE THE POOL Just now getting involved in this class for Silver Sneakers!! Awesome
User friendly and effective
I love that i can add classes to my calendar with one click. I also love that they made virtual classes available for when I'm on the road. No issues so far.
YMCA APP!!!
Lovveee it !! Connects to other apps was a plus for me.. I like to connect all my health apps together !! EXCITED !!
Good App but can’t install on Apple Watch
This app is helpful, be great if you could install on Apple Watch
Easy check in
I simply love being able to check in with my phone. It does a lot more but I don’t really look to use any other feature right now!
Not as many classes displayed as before.
I much prefer the previous version of the app. The font is too large and I have not found a way to reduce it.
Great app!
This makes checking in easy and it is quick to check hours (gym and pool) and class schedules. I also like that I can add my visits in.
It would be nice if child care hours were included too.

App broken
Today’s update broke the app on IOS.
Severely lagging with widespread dysfunctional th
I just joined the Y and they were eager to tell me about their “smartphone app”. I am not the least bit impressed:
* The app was last updated a year ago and is still not updated for the new iPhone size classes, never mind the iPhone X
* Barcode can’t be added to Wallet, which would make it much more convenient for scanning at the desk.
* The app doesn’t integrate with Apple Health, which would be a great feature, ie work out, scan that workout from the machine into the app, and have that populate into Health and Activity, but nope.
On top of that, huge top-level importance is given to things that I will only ever use occasionally such as configuring third party apps, Deals (whatever that means—it didn’t actually contain anything when I tapped on it), a solicitation to donate (Who cares that I kicked in an extra $2 per month to the Y? They still want to take up precious screen real estate with this…), social media (Ugh), refer a friend, Extras (a grab bag of stuff they couldn’t figure out where to put I guess), My Profile (where a bunch of this junk should be hidden). And all of this top level junk is alongside a menu button where it would be better (not great but better) to list all this junk if it was a bullet point requirement that came out of some project planning meeting where no one was asked to actually try to use this app…
I hope the developers are reading this and have plans to modernize and rethink this app. In its current form, it’s barely usable and does not respect the user’s time and attention.

Great App!
The app is user friendly, easy to navigate and I love the convenience of being able to be scanned in to the Y.
I love my Y
The app is very user friendly. I use it every day to find the perfect workout at the perfect time. I also track my workouts to log progress.
Great App
Great app. Let's me see which classes are available and track my workouts!
!
awesome!
Tracking with ease
Makes it really simple to keep track of classes and workout sessions. Easily linked with Fitbit so I don't have to submit information to multiple applications and meet goals. Thanks
Great App
Works well, few (if any) glitches.
As a fitness support app it lacks a lot of features
The logging feature only records time and calories burned. In particular, it does not really support workouts using the machines and free weights, which, I suspect, are a large part of the capital investment at the Y. At least the logging function should support the number of reps and weight for the machines at my Y. What I would really like is for the app to keep track of my workouts and suggest future ones based on some simple guidelines (e.g., general strengthing with a focus on upper body).
