Horrible app and website. They make it so hard to create an account.
Unable to Book swimming slots on the website.
Every time I try to book 2x slots for the evening recreational swim it only allows me to book one slot at a time, which means I have to enter my card details one slot at a time š..
The website page is so full of information, I cannot see another way of booking that will allow me to book 2places at the same time? Help please š thank you.

Doesnāt work for Wimbledon
Donāt bother to download the app if you need to book anything for Wimbledon. When you select the Wimbledon branch it comes up with a āthis page is no longer used for YMCA Wimbledonā message.
Not sure why the app is left in shambles just book via website.

Style over substance
You need to login on a laptop before you can use this app and none of the details transfer.
So you canāt use it unless you have multiple devices. Whoever thought this up needs a new job.

This is an awful bloody mess. Spread out over App and 2? websites, different passwords, unnecessary user ids, wierd domain names that the autofill doesnāt recognise. Belongs in the year 2004. Changing my password every time I log in? No thanks.

Zero userfriendly app
Amazed how unresponsive and tricky this app is. You cannot add extra people to bookings and if you try to book the same slot again to actually add people it says youāve already booked this slot.
Now Iāve also tried to submit this review 11 times but canāt because the name is already taken. Iāve tried ānamesā like zzxxx martini byddhjfdy but apparently theyāre taken.Unbelievableā¦

Doesnāt save card details or permit Apple Pay. Clunky user journey too.
The worst App I have ever encountered!
Honestly Iāve spent 2 days trying to book a swim - the most long winded difficult process Iāve ever come across!! And I then find out I canāt book 2 people Iāve got to do it all over again truly ridiculous how they get any bookings us beyond me!!!

Just had the improved app automatically loaded. Now got a notification setting on my app icon on my iPad that is impossible to
