Don’t bother
Don’t even bother on buying the product neither download the app, the WiFi connection with the device doesn’t work and your just gonna waste your time and money. Would be way cheaper pay for a test with and specialist than buying this thing
Failed to connect 100 times
I wish there is an option zero star, I can give to this app. This app failed to connect 100 times for me. Nothing works. I want to get the refund!!!!!!!!
REWORK THIS APP PLEASE
Doesn’t let you run the test if your phone is less than 50% battery. Doesn’t tell you that ahead of time! Even if your phone is plugged in!!

Annoying app
Did everything ahead of time and prepared as instructions on booklet. Download app and won’t let me proceed until phone is at 50%. Then it forces me to wait 10mins when I already have the sample ready. No way to skip timer.
Tedious to make it work
Application is awful it got stuck multiple times. After about 20hrs I ran it again then it ran. Just frustrating to deal with
Easy to use, wish had more insights
I was a little worried when downloading because of the reviews. But the app is actually incredibly easy to use, and has one of the best onboarding.
That said, I was hoping for more info. It tells you about your concentration, motility, etc., but doesn’t have suggested next steps on how to optimize. Granted I was in the normal range, but would still be nice to have some guidance “Do x” or increase intake of y to improve motility, etc.
But all of the reviews about how hard this app is to use are misguided.

waste of money

Lots of issues
Connection issues, reporting issues, app crashing, just horrible experience. In the end it showed result, but considering all the issues, I'm doubting the accuracy of this service
Easy to use and simple
Don’t listen to negative reviews. If you cannot follow the instructions that literally hold your hand the entire time you are inept - simple fact. Incredibly easy to use and results are easy to understand. Would highly recommend this product and app.
Broken
Does not work. Test will fail due to connection no matter what you do. I have top of the line WiFi this is a device problem.
App fails upon testing
Test keeps failing regardless of how much troubleshooting performed. By the time support gets back to you the next business day the test is worthless. I like the concept but so far this has been a waste of money and major waste of time.
Very poor user interface and education
There is no notion of what the application is called or where to get it when you purchase the kit. Also this application isn’t even linked anywhere on their website. Worst of all, I figured out this application after performing the procedures, and this app forces me to wait for 10 minutes and provides no option to skip it. This user experience is abhorrent.
There is only a note saying that we should search for the YO app in AppStore, and this note isn’t even on their guide on the home page. The name of the application isn’t mentioned anywhere convenient.

Simple instructions to follow
The app provides a walk through video of how to navigate everything. I was able to download the full report of my husband’s results to share with our doctor. I definitely recommend! (Obviously you need the testing kit and device that goes with the app)
