Great home test

Follow the instructions! This was a great home test. Where we live we would have to drive 1.5 hours to a lab, complete the specimen; then drive 1.5 hours home. Our local hospital lab stopped performing male fertility labs on semen 5 years ago.

Tester is broken and can’t get help

When I got my tester, it seemed to work when I plugged it in, but my phone can not stay connected to the built in WiFi so the testing supplies were used but I didn’t even get to test. I reached out to customer service a week ago via email and have heard nothing back.
