Struggled when needed
Tonight the App kept on showing an error "Not found" and I could not accept card payments when I needed to. The website also has no place to log faults.
App very slow
The app has become very slow since the last update.
Offline Payments & Tracking
I usually have good things to say but today is a travesty of epic proportions as the system is down and apps all around the markets are freaking out and NOBODY can get paid or track stock - please please PLEASE ADD AN OFFLINE OPTION FOR PAYMENTS AND STOCK TRACKING SO THAT EMERGENCIES LIKE THIS DON’T HAVE AS MAJOR OF AN IMPACT!!😭😭😭😭 today is only day 2 of a four day Comic Con and I rely on yoco for payments and stock tracking - cash I can handle separately in a pinch but I and many other vendors are losing customers and money because we cannot get card payments because of this issue. I think that not having an option for offline payments is a major oversight, please help us and get the fault fixed fast!!!!!🙏😭😭😭

App support
Every few months I have to completely delete my POS app and reinstall and when I have sent emails no one gets back to me, it very quick to call me about being elegible for a loan, not cool guys
Not impressed anymore
This new update it not working for me at all it keeps on logging me out and when it’s logged in it’s freezing or it just doesn’t connect 😤
Old app far better
This app is so so slow. Which really impacts the convenience of a card payment for the service provider and customer. The app also freezes often. Canning the app and reopening it often doesn’t fix the problem. I don’t like the new History layout either - no longer possible to the Notes on each transaction without opening the whole transaction. Disappointed and frustrated.

Slow and irresponsive
app works wonderfully on ipad but on iphone it absolutely sucks…i have to constantly delete and reinstall the app because after about 3 days of use the app slows down extremely and takes about 10 minutes to get started and load my products, once it starts its still very sliw and irresponsive
Printer issues
Best pos system but I am having an issue connect my printer (Xprinter XP-P201A) please help me with this issue
Sales notes
Since the most recent update sales notes don't show on the sales history page anymore. If payments are linked to certain clients one has to go into every single sale to see the note made on it. Very, very stupid and sooooo time consuming to do this. Imagine having to go through 50+ transactions to look for a certain client's payment 😩.

Slow
Extremity slow to open, glitches when trying to type in an amount for payments. Freezes a lot.
Offline Mode Missing
The app on the tablet used to have an automatic offline mode. You needed internet connectivity to login, after which if you were offline sales were still recorded and synced when connectivity restored.
Now unfortunately you need to be connected the entire time to be able to process a sale.
This is not practical in rural areas with sketchy internet connectivity

Adding pricing/products
Adding products and pricing updates was so easy on previous version! Now I'm in fresh hell

It doesn’t sync saved cart on multiple devices.
Can’t Manage Products
We used to be able to update products on the old app. Now I have to go to the old one to add products or update prices, variations, etc. This is adding unnecessary hopping between apps to manage products. Please add this feature to the new app. Thanks so much.

The change in app - it’s really not great too basic and takes longer to process payments
Why create new app
Don’t know why Yoco have to create new app, as the old app works much better and support more devices…..
