Thank you - after being debilitated with endometriosis I found yoga burn and I’ve been doing it for 4 years now combining different programs to fit my needs and schedules.
BEWARE - overpricing for UK customers
The app clearly states (most of) the programs cost $59.99 and Yoga Burn customer support told me that the price “will be converted to your currency automatically according to the currency exchange rate at the time of your purchase” - THIS IS NOT TRUE! If you’re in the UK, you will be charged £59.99 which is the equivalent of roughly $78 when in fact, the programs should cost around £45 depending on the exchange rate. Customer support are not accepting any responsibility for this (trying to blame Apple) and have instead been patronising and totally unhelpful. In fact, now they have ghosted me as they are not responding to my emails! Why should those of us in the UK pay more for the programs than our US friends? So far, Yoga Burn customer support has been absolutely awful with no sense that they have the slightest interest in solving my genuine issue. *** AVOID ***

I found Yogaburn randomly in 2020 and enjoyed the Lockdown Challenge. When the app came out, I signed up and have loved it ever since! I love Zoe and her sweet personality, and I love the variety the app offers. I enjoy switching between several of the programs throughout the week. I have found that the workouts are both challenging and effective, and it’s the first time in my life I’ve been able to stay consistent at exercise. I’ve recommended this app to many friends!! ❤️

Love the workouts; Wish could just have one purchase
I love the workouts. I have purchased separately the programs before the app came out. The progress base is great since I am a busy mom and can’t remember a lot at times. I do wish there was a way to just purchase the app once not a recurring costs.
Wow! What a disappointment
I am so disappointed!! if you own the videos you can not unlock them on the app. I bought mine years ago and really enjoy the workouts. I would love the access to them on the app which is very expensive for something you already own. I find it hard to believe that this could not be implemented in the app. No I don’t want a “ I am sorry form response” from the developer. I just hope the developer of the app and Zoe would rethink having the option to unluck the videos that we have already paid for and what started her success. And really listen to her supported followers. Shame on a company to try and have you rebuy a workout you already own! And the Price to rebuy Wow just wow !! This could have been done in a better way to support the ones who helped the program take off.

Refund? Customer satisfaction?
I purchased this app twice. Not the DVDS but the app. So I’ve spent close to $400. While it’s been several months since I’d used the app, when i started back up with the workout, the APP wouldn’t work. So i uninstalled and reinstalled but with no success. TWICE. The app is not working. It continually locks up. It doesn’t appear there are any updates taking place to this app but i highly suspect there are no refunds being given. YET my money was accepted to repurchase last April for another full year of the use. I’m very disappointed in customer service where this is concerned.

I reluctantly paid for the app since I had purchased all the programs, but caved for convenience.
The exercises are great, which was the main reason for the purchase. The app, however, is super simplistic and would benefit from improvements in user friendliness. The app hasn’t had any updates or upgrades in months, not in content, upgrade to new iOS or anything else.
Charging $150 per year for stagnant content is not worth the money in my book. Would love to see some updates.

Zoe is amazing!
I found Zoe and Yoga Burn during the pandemic. Started with TBC and started to see results by the end of the 12 week challenge. I then bought all her other DVDs. Then was excited when she launched her app. It gives you access to all her workouts, plus bonus videos. And it tracks your progress. It’s definitely worth the annual fee (I was paying $100 a month for a yoga studio).

I have many of your dvds and really an glad that I do. When you offered the app, I jumped on it and love having all the programs on many devices allowing me to use whichever device is most convenient at any location I happen to be staying!

Yoga burn app
I started Yoga Burn during Covid and followed all the lockdown challenges and loved it! I bought the DVDs as well. Once the app came out I couldn’t wait to have everything in one place! This has been an amazing journey and I continue to renew for the 2nd year! I absolutely love Zoe and this whole community ❤️ and will continue mixing up all the programs!

I just joined and can say that it’s great! I loved having everything at my finger tips! Love that it checks off the workout that I have done, let’s me know what’s next and I see Zoe at the end of the workout congratulating me when I’m done 😁 So happy I finally joined!

Great exercise - app experience not so good
Please fix the app - I hate that I have to delete and reinstall and listen to that whiny voice on the video persuading me to buy it - I’ve been doing this regime two years now I have complained about the app and asked them to update it - deleting and reinstalling it every time I need to use it is NOT A GOOD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!

If that’s what you want she can get you there safely. Great for home and on your phone. Other products offered. Check out her sculpting body work outs. Do what you can no comments from on lookers! Feel better after one workout! 💖
Very costly - no new content
I am coming to the end of my first year subscription for this app. While the app itself is good and it is MUCH more convenient to have the workouts in the one place rather than having to navigate a DVD or website login, the cost is exorbitant. I am keen to renew as I do like the workouts and find them useful but to pay $250 a year, each year, for the same workouts? I haven’t seen any new workouts or updated workouts in the year I have been using the app. Please consider reducing the cost or significantly increasing the content. The value at the moment for what you get is extremely low.

The Yoga Burn App is fantastic! It is a easy and comprehensive way to keep track of your workout routine with the calendar and it keeps track of the track that I am one! I love having access to all of Zoe’s workouts without having to search through my DVDs and start them up on my TV. Also I travel a lot for work and I always have my workouts with me on my phone! This App is awesome 😍🥰

This app is really easy to understand and follow. You have everything you need to get healthy and fitter at your fingertips. Yoga burn/Zoe are ‘the best’ system to follow, I’ve gone from having a few dvd’s to now having every system…….no excuses…..brilliant…..and Zoe’s explanations are immeasurable to help and ensure you are correct in posture ***** 5 stars plus!!!
