Poor content

This app has only 8 poses in a guided narrative and 1 picture for each pose. There is no content related to meditation.

One problem.😓

I love how it’s set up and how it helps your child and mine go to sleep but I keep searching for a completely free one, but I’m still not willing to pay, the first free pose didn’t help her, she just keep running around the house, I tried everything she was interested in the other options for the yoga poses and the nighttime bed time stories but, I still did not want to pay for anything. Overall it’s great and awesome. Thank you for your time to read this review.

Don’t get!!!

There is only one pose for my child. Other poses you have to pay! And there is no video the picture on the only yoga pose is not how they tell you on the voice over, which is confusing! This was a waste of our time😠
