Log in issue ans transfer issue.
Cannot load money to esewa or transfer vice versa. Most important thing is it ask for the otp code everytime i log in the app. Very Disappointed with this feature. Please solve this as soon as possible. It’s very difficult if we are out of network or Nepal then we even cannot log in to the app. So please solve this problem as soon as possible.

Best banking application in the market. All the features of banking are available here and that also with maximum security.
Looks really old and sluggish
Its a good thing that the app requires two factor authentication to login but just to make one phone payment it takes like 5 minutes. Its very slow and why is it necessary to get a code again once i need to make a payment if i have already done it while i login. The app itself feels like a off brand 2012 app. The UI is horrible and not very user friendly. I get anxious everytime i try to make a payment as it takes sooo long.
Online payment is all about convenience and this app certainly isn't.
