Looks really old and sluggish
Its a good thing that the app requires two factor authentication to login but just to make one phone payment it takes like 5 minutes. Its very slow and why is it necessary to get a code again once i need to make a payment if i have already done it while i login. The app itself feels like a off brand 2012 app. The UI is horrible and not very user friendly. I get anxious everytime i try to make a payment as it takes sooo long.
Online payment is all about convenience and this app certainly isn't.

Zero stars worst banking app
The old app was bad enough, but this new app is even worse. Logging in the first time is bad enough, the app has frequent crashes, is incredibly buggy and anything that does work works very annoyingly. Better use a different bank and their app. I wouldn't trust using this app for anything.

The worst app. It takes me back to 10 years back when I open it. It does not let me register. It can’t get any worse that this. Time to change the bank because it’s not taking customer experience into perspective.

Keyboard shows the otp but you need to fill it in manually because the otp input field is not standard.

Needs a lot of work
The app has been published in app store with lots of bugs. Keyboard freezes, while logging to the bank. If it was free for unlimited period we would have considered it but it will be a shame that we have to pay for the app services at some stage which cant even launch properly.
