Good app but dispatchers ignore it
The app is good but the dispatchers seem to forget about app bookings and then only dispatch taxis after the time they are due to pick up, so that they are almost always late when using the app and you always have to phone anyway to check whether the taxi is on its way - or not. Not worth risking using the app - book via the phone or use someone else.
