Extremely difficult app and card experience. You can’t even add the card directly to Apple Pay after you have added a virtual card to your account, and transferring money to other banks like Revolut is unnecessarily complicated.
The worst part was not being able to update my details because my ID had expired, which meant I lost access to my own money. Imagine not being able to access your funds just because your document expired — if I depended only on that account, I could have literally gone hungry. Completely unacceptable experience.

Da erori în mijlocul tranzacțiilor și nu numai, mereu se oprește brusc, incredibil de inutilă.

Oribil. Se cer 1000 de date, dupa care IN APLICATIE FIIND mi se cere sa INSTALEZ aplicatia, ca sa pot accesa veniturile. Si pt ca deja eram in aplicatie mi s-a sters tot procesul de introducere a datelor si trebuie sa o iau de la capat.

Most horrible banking app. It’s impossible to register with it. The “facial recognition “ is ridiculously faulty, therefore I cannot use the app when abroad. I’ve been banking all over the world and BRD is the worse bank

If i can give -10 star i will because this is ridiculous! Nowhere in this world i need it so many steps and so many frustrations to activate an app! Every year this app is logging me out and i have to call in Romanian explain my situation and try to remember the stupid name of the agency where i open my account 20 years ago and after that nobody has any idea on how to help me! After 20 min they kinda of figured it out after you let them know how to do their job! And wait this is not all! You are finally verified and now you have to wait 3 business days so one of their colleagues can call you and actually freaking help you with your application access!!!!! Why you can’t log in with your email and password? Like a normal app? And if you forgot your password push the button Forgot Password? I see reviews from 3 years ago saying that you are working on improving your app! That’s how you improve it? By frustrating the customer?
I am sorry but my first stop on Romania will be at BCR to open a normal account with a normal anti frustrations app! Have the day that you deserve!!!

Incerc de ceva timp sa imi activez aplicatia pe telefon si nu reusesc. Nu imi incarca poza de la documentul de identitate. Mereu dupa ce fac poza, se blureaza poza. De numarul de telefon de la sucursala mea ce sa mai zic, am incercat sa sun de n ori sa rezolv o problema si imi spune ca numarul este nerecunoscut!

Foarte proasta
Aplicația este foarte slaba fata de cea precedenta. Se blochează permanent. Nu se primesc notificări. Nu se mai cere confirmare plata la plățile online. Nu apare confirmare plata la facturi. Se deconectează de la token in fiecare saptamina și trebuie Reinstalată aplicația.

Salutare! Speram ca interfata imbunatatita precum si platile instant iti vor face experienta cu YOU BRD mult mai placuta. Te rugam sa verifici la nivel de dispozitiv daca notificarile de tip push sunt permise. Lucram constant la imbunatatirea aplicatiei si ne poti trimite sugestiile tale la adresa mybrdcontact@brd.ro. This app is truly appalling! There is no way you can finalise registration! Please do something about that
Not ready for prime time
Very awkward setup process, tried to help my mother set it up, one hour into it and still unsuccessful, took about 10-12 attempts at a selfie until the software was satisfied, only to get stuck with the phone number ( they did not like it)… the same number they texted us to ask to switch to a new app. We ll have to take a trip to the bank tomorrow. .. and I have to trust them with my mother a money?
