Very disappointing racism and colorism on display
I remember when I used to love this app around 10 years ago, but many years later, this app is using artificial intelligence to be racist. I “tried” on a bright colored wig, intentionally trying not to use AI, for a selfie. However, the app used the AI editing tool anyways and gave me much lighter skin and blue eyes (irl they are brown) with said wig. Even if I wanted to use AI, making people feel like they must have Whiter features to “improve” photos is incredibly problematic. People of color should be able to feel like they can experiment with makeup and hair with the features they have, without feeling like they must look Eurocentric to do so.

Why has the community feature been removed!? I loved sharing my looks with other users and now an ai change has been made and I hate it. I don't understand why you would make yourself lise that many users.
Disappointed
So many features that used to be free are now locked behind a paywall. AI is everywhere now and made the app worse. Literally unusable garbage without giving them more money than is reasonable to pay.

I downloaded this app and it didn’t even deliver on the feature that I promised. I canceled two days into my seven day free trial and it’s still charged me $79.99. It has been a nightmare dealing with it. Do not download unless you want to be ripped off.

No ai and quit trying to charge for something that’s only used every once in a while.
Just so y’all know, I use this to edit my pictures on my phone but use my iPad to take a pic of the photo on my phone so I don’t have to pay bc that’s just ridiculous. Also knock it off with the ai. Literally no one asked for that and expecting people to pay for that feature when so many other ai websites are free and likely do just as good if not better is insane.

Really enjoyed this App before you got greedy and started charging for all the features except for the bare minimum! When you only want to tweak a few photos every year, it doesn’t warrant paying for some premium option. The basic “tweaks” you offer are just meh.
It’s ok…I guess
So many tools are blocked, and it requires a subscription. It really only covers the basic needs, but nothing outstanding that makes it special. I don’t like how the people who made this only focus on getting money, and not actually thinking about the experience people who don’t spend money get. I’m not a money spender, so this game is a little “meh” for me.

Used to love this
I used to love this app. There were enough free features to be able to do little things like wrinkle removal. Now you have to pay for everything. And it’s SO not worth the price. I will be deleting this app today.

I signed up today to evaluate this app, but I decided to cancel the same day because it did not include the features that were promoted.
Despite canceling well within the free trial; I was still charged $21.64. This fee should not occur during a trial and I am requesting a refund.
Update: On a positive note, I do appreciate the support team reaching out to explain the refund process. While this app did not work out for my needs, I hope it works out for others once the billing issue is resolved.

Beware! They will not cancel your subscription.. even after confirming ..for months! I

Charged for a year without realizing
I never intended to purchase an annual subscription, but i was charged for a full year. The pricing was unclear and i realized it only after the payment went through. I immediately request for refund, but my experience with customer support was disappointed. Be very careful before subscribing and double check what you are agreeing to and understand exactly what you are charged for
