I tried on a good promotion but have kept it going for months because I found most meals to be delicious.

Every Sunday (delivery day) is kind of like Xmas morning because I forget what I’ve actually ordered.What cheeses me off is when I have fatally failed to order 2 x Chocolate Mousse’s.90 % of my meals are ravishingly delicious.Thankyou Youfoodz People

Great Service app
I’ve been a customer for over 18 months and really enjoy their meals. They taste good.
So much spam
Despite turning off email notifications multiple times you’ll still get emails and often calls when you pause or cancel the subscription.
Even on Gmail it flags as suspicious, probably because so many people flag as spam because turning off emails doesn’t work or they ignore your preferences.

Aside from the product being cheaper at Coles it’s pretty good.
The app ordering process is annoying.
It will pre select random foods. You can’t choose to exclude anything so food you may be allergic to or just hate will often be in your order so you have to go and change them every single time
Why can’t we just choose to have x, y and z every single time and then we can choose to change them.
Why choose for us? Why not have the option to never include a particular meal? I’d be much happier this way.
The current system annoys me enough to think I’ll just go to the shops and grab what I want as there is no “premium protein” $1.99 price add on when you go to Coles ITS ALL THE SAME PRICE THERE!

I can’t log in!
Since the update, app has gone downhill! STOP UPDATING! STOP CHANGING THE APP! Everything was working fine until the update. Now I can’t even log in! Terrible! I’m cancelling this subscription!
Update stuffed up everything
The recent update and change to the interface is a step backwards. Really disappointing. I’ve been a long time customer and can’t order my meals!!! If this is not fixed I’m going elsewhere.

The first time I got delivery when not home they left it at the front door. My request is for under rear of house laundry area.Today they got it right I hope they all read the instructions so congratulations to today’s driver.
They arrive in the time frame and it is very well packed and cold for a good 12 hours.
So good experience and now I know to check tracking and see a pic of it as well. Excellent.

I am mostly satisfied with all the meals I have chosen , it’s a great idea they are very homely and satisfying
BEWARE! THE APP IS BUGGED
you cant change the meals, it’s all preselected by the app. if you try to change it, it kust says “changes cannot be saved, please try again.”
Stop contacting me
I was on their meal plans for a couple months and that went well… however, once you cancel you will be receiving calls, emails, phone notifications, even when you’ve disabled them. They called me not too long ago and I told them to stop contacting me. Nothing… radio silence… then I received a physical mail, I go on their site and I have absolutely no boxes ticked for communication.
I will take down this review if you stop your invasive practices.

Order never arrived
Waited all day for order, it never showed up. I contact support to ask where it is and they say “you received an email earlier in the week to say payment failed”. I’ve had the money in my account all week and I combed through every folder in my emails to find this notification and it’s nowhere to be found. I’ve lost the promo code I used for my first box now and I can’t get the same discount despite the fact that the order was cancelled. Support was no help whatsoever and insisted the discount would carry over but in the total for my next box it says I’ve already used the first discount so I won’t get it again. Total waste of time

Love the company, App needs work
More often than not the app takes forever to load and when it does finally open you can’t see it change meals and it tells me to relaunch the app to no avail. I usually default to using the web browser which defeats the purpose of the app

Jan 17th iPhone app not working
Does not work. Deleted three times , re installed , turned iPhone off and on twice, left off overnight and app does not work. I have the latest version , works in laptop from website
Great food but feels like a scam
will show you like 3 different prices. before u put in your card itll show u a discounted price, plus free shipping. then u put in ur card suddenly theres a $9 shipping fee and a service fee and $11.29 per meal now?! its really confusing to navigate. might as well spend my time to cook my own meals than try to navigate and understand this app and subscription stuff. it feels like a rip off. unless you’re filthy rich and dont care about money like tht go for it. but u could honestly save more money and maybe time if you shop and cook ur own. this has so much potential too cause i actually really love the meals. might just copy it lmao.
