Leider hab ich nicht die nötigen papiere mit dem Roller bekommen und kann ich nicht mal anmelden was mich sehr stört denn der Roller sollte doch eigentlich nicht verkaufbar in Deutschland sein da man ihn nicht anmelden kann ohne die papiere die sie nicht mit schicken

I don’t know where to get help
I am trying to seek warranty support and I cannot do so from the app. This is the only way I know how to send some type of message for support.

it doesn't allow you to connect the scooter and doesn't even help with the scooter speed this app is pointless and time wasting i do not recommend!
Lights only do one mode, rainbow sequence
Trying to switch between any scenes turns off scooter and prompts disconnect
LED’s don’t have ANY changeable feature. Not a single setting works for lamp menu.

Scooter kompliziert
Leider ist es sehr kompliziert für ein Anfänger den Roller/Scooter über die App zu installieren. Ich habe nun ohne die App den Scooter genutzt, hier erfüllt er seinen Dienst. Ich habe einen Käufer, ich werde das Gerät weiter verkaufen und mir einen über einen Händler kaufen der einen mit der App zur Seite steht. Fazit: Der koppelt Modus ist zu komplex oder anders gesagt zu kompliziert wenn es schon eine Kopplung gab.
