Zu anstrengend

Ich wollte es mal ausprobieren und habe schnell gemerkt das es zu anstrengend ist Kassenzettel Einscannen ok kein Problem aber danach jeden einzelnen Artikel scannen und den Preis sowie die Menge des gekauften Artikels angeben obwohl es doch auf dem Zettel steht war mir dann genug.

Nie wieder

Benutze seit kurzem die App anfangs lief alles glatt dann wollte ich heute einen Kassenbon hochladen da zeigt die App mir an veraltet obwohl der Kassenbon von heute ist steht auch dick auf dem Kassenbon drauf

Nicht nutzbar

Seit einer Woche ist es nicht möglich einen Account zu erstellen. Lösche die App jetzt wieder. Wenn schon absolute Basics nicht funktionieren kann ich mir ja vorstellen, wie es mit dem Rest aussieht

Funktioniert nicht mehr richtig

Leider funktioniert die App bei mir nicht mehr. Der Kundenservice meinte das sei in einem Tag behoben - das war vor zwei Wochen. Bekanntes Problem: ich soll mich immer einloggen, aber ich bin eingeloggt (oben steht mein Name). kann keine Einkäufe mehr eingeben, es lädt und lädt, das einzige was noch geht sind Umfragen. Bitte schnellstmöglichst updaten!

Update: immer noch nichts, ich kann keine Einkäufe erfassen, gar nichts mehr. BITTE SCHNELLSTMÖGLICH BEHEBEN!!!

Antwort: Ich habe mich bereits an den Kundenservice gewandt, der meinte es dauere ein Tag, bis die App wieder funktioniert. Aber das war vor 5 Wochen! Seitdem geht immer noch nichts!
