Why have a not been receiving any points I have done surveys and never get credit

The drop down list for occupations never works for me so I’m unable to participate in those surveys. Please fix!
not accessibility friendly
when doing surveys a lot to most of the time, it’s not accessible with VoiceOver on iPhone and have great difficulties answering questions and navigating questions and does not operate smoothly some surveys were only give you don’t know options where you need to state your opinion on a wide variety of categories where you give your opinion on TV shows celebrities music ECT accessibility issues regarding VoiceOver needs to be addressed. Links need to work properly options for answers need to be red when clicking on an answer needs to recognise an answer has been selected. there are many issues with this app and even with the online web browser
