App is easy to use and as long as you provide proper verification of medical bills paid reimbursement is deposited in a timely manner.
Frustrating Experience With Critical Bugs
Unfortunately, this app falls short in several critical areas for something that’s supposed to manage banking and HSA funds.
The biggest issue is that the transaction history doesn’t display in chronological order. For example, transactions that occurred on June 4 are shown as if they happened on May 15, making it difficult to accurately track account activity.
The app also includes a feature to transfer HSA funds to an investment account, but there are two different ways to access it and one of those paths has been broken for as long as I’ve used the app.
I’m also disappointed by how long payroll deposits can take to appear. My payroll is processed on Fridays, yet there have been multiple occasions where the deposit didn’t post until the following Wednesday.
The app does the bare minimum by letting you check your balance, but beyond that the experience is frustrating and unreliable. If you have the ability to use a different provider, I would strongly recommend considering it.

God awful
What is the point of having an app when it is constantly down? Also randomly stopped allowing me to log in to check my HSA completely. The only way to check my balance is through the employee portal. Then it has the audacity to kept pushing me to use the app
App is Broken
The app stopped working keeps telling me it cannot log me in even though I have confirmed my information on the website. This makes the app functionally useless if I cannot see my balance.
Benefits
I like my flex benefits account. It’s easy to look up anything.
Just keeps getting worse
I don’t know why but for the last year this app just getting worse. Can’t use some of the functions and it’s seems more and more are just not working. Call for help and they just say go to the website. What’s the point of the app then?
Efficiency
This site has to be the easiest I’ve ever navigated! I’m not very computer savvy and if I can breeze through it, anyone can!
Fix the OTP field keyboard
Why switching to alphabet keyboard when entering single number value??? Your otp are all digits.
Terrible app
Wow, this app looks and acts like it was written over a weekend by a coding boot camp graduate. It logs you out if you look at it funny. Getting set up required not one, not two, not three, but four one time passwords sent to my email. And you can't copy and paste the code, you have to type each number, switching to the numeric keyboard each time because it resets between numbers.

Dumb registration requires short passwords
The registration process is an absolute pain for anyone wanting to use the apple automatic strong password feature. Choosing strong passwords locks the registration process and forces you to restart the entire process
Wouldn’t log me in
Couldn’t log in. Couldn’t change password. Tried to log in on website, worked no problem. But the app was having none of it.
Good investment options - latest update does not load
The app does not load pages and gets stuck after the initial landing page. Used to be easy to manage investments in the app, but I have not been able to access the manage portfolio page since the last update. Disappointing.

Asking code confirmation for every single login on email is ridiculous
Can’t even register
Can’t get past the first screen in the registration process (name and card number). Hitting “continue “ just stays on the same screen with no action.
Convenient
I found this app to be very functional. Of course, I got great help from the CS person to help navigate the first time used.
