I can’t view my lone star card information at all… I called 211 and they said it’s the app and it’s actually pretty frustrating…

When I log in, it always says “System Error” Also it’s bad enough that it takes about a month for someone to even call you!!!! Ridiculous You can’t even leave a review, you have to have a nickname 😏

I’ve deleted and reloaded this app at least a dozen times. It still doesn’t work. Now, this site even online is glitchy. It always has been. Government design anything isn’t going to run properly. We all know that. It’s just frustrating. My app hasn’t worked in seven months.

Died due to form not signed I was told we did not need to
I went to the department and filled out the forms I was told. Now it has been denied because a form I was told did not have to be sign was not signed. Frustrating

I have loved this app for a while very reliable and fast . But starting May y’all did a upgrade or something and it never worked .! It’s a hassle to go online everytime so I hope you can fix this issue ..! The app it self doesn’t go past the welcome page won’t let you log in or nothing

It’s great, I can see all the updates on case and upload the documents on the app. So easy I love it!
Can’t do anything
The app opens to the title page and never goes any further. I have an iPhone and have tried turning it off after deleting the app and then getting it again with the same issue. This is ridiculous.
