App not going past the green page.
I changed my password on the website and now the app won’t open to let me change it there.

I have loved this app for a while very reliable and fast . But starting May y’all did a upgrade or something and it never worked .! It’s a hassle to go online everytime so I hope you can fix this issue ..! The app it self doesn’t go past the welcome page won’t let you log in or nothing

It’s great, I can see all the updates on case and upload the documents on the app. So easy I love it!
Can’t do anything
The app opens to the title page and never goes any further. I have an iPhone and have tried turning it off after deleting the app and then getting it again with the same issue. This is ridiculous.

App is no help at all
I have my case number and date of birth but when I click ADD CASE, it shows a “We’re sorry, there was a system error. Please try again soon.” It’s been a couple of days of that. I would rather call 211 and wait 55 minutes for actual help than this useless app.

Doesn’t work
I’ve had problems using this app for months now… I deleted the app and then downloaded again but after doing that a few times it still didn’t work so I thought it was something wrong with my device so the app has just been sitting here taking up storage on my phone …. I tried opening it again recently to see if the problems still exist… the problems are still there…

No Login Page Available
I have the same issue as the previous reviewer has…
When I open the app it does not actually open past the title page. I have deleted the app and then reinstalled it several times to no avail. It is very frustrating to go through the website. It is slower and much more tedious.

So many problems
There’s no way you have a 4.8 rating! Reason I say this is because your app sucks so bad! The “minor issues” you say you fixed aren’t stated. Please fix the bigger issues first! Like being able to send more documents than what you allow because HHSC asks for so many documents! Then the client has to go and mail, fax, or take the documents in. Not all the documents sent go through and we can delete them to make room for other documents or resend those documents! This is one issue I have experienced just recently! But I’ve experienced so many others. This app is not user friendly at all your app makes it so difficult to navigate and send documents!
