Texas benefits app NOT working
I have been using the Texas benefits app and the last few months it hasn’t been working. I wrote a review hoping for it to be fixed and it hasn’t.. and there isn’t any contact info to call anyone.

I needed emergency benefits
Apparently if you default on a renewal it automatically doesn’t consider the specific situation if you are in desperate need of emergency food due to the renewal documents not being sent on time and it was for self employment money I used to get which I am not getting anymore so I wasn’t sure how to send in that I get nothing because I submitted a new application reflecting the change but they still wanted the documents from the renewal

Your Texas benefits app it’s very helpful, more convenient, and very easy to use and understand. I went paperless because I was bad at keeping up with mail or sometimes wouldn’t receive things like renewal notices which was a pain to deal with. I have been waiting for my snap benefits for almost a month and a half now, they have already expedited my renewal and still no notice no call no notification or anything. It’s upsetting. I understand they have a lot of applications especially during summer. So imagine how important it is for someone to have with six children, who isn’t working and doesn’t have a life besides feeding, cleaning and caring for her kids. Especially during summer, last time they did this was during my kids Christmas break. The most needed times. Like now with the kids not in school. Anyone else going through this? :(((

Log in won’t appear
It’s been about a week or so, and I cannot log in. When I open the app “Your Texas Benefits” just appears, and just gets stuck at that screen. I love using the app, I just want to know how to fix it this problem… I’ve updated, uninstalled, reinstalled, and power cycle pad my iPad. Still nothing. :(

I have never been able to use this app whenever I try to log in it’s tells me I have call the number and it’s not working. I’m not able to access any documents or messages.

This no longer loads on iPhone unless you go to the website like normal instead. Like most of them, there's really no need to have this app.

The app is easy and convenient to use. You can check balances and se documents so fast. You don’t have to wait for paperwork or to send paperwork.
