Not suitable for ordering a van

Downloaded the app so could pre book an airport pick up for a party of 5, no ability to do that with this app so now need to remove my payment details etc. Most annoying. It would be great if this was made clear before downloading the app.

Impossible to log in

Signed up and verified my email but doesn’t allow me to log in as “pin not verified” . Have tried several email addresses and given it over a week but still not working.

Terrible App

What a terrible app, very buggy, PIN code not received ever and then when you ask for another one it says you have to wait ten minutes. Password reset awful too.

Error message

Can sign up through any of the options i get error messages every time. It tells me to login to verify my email or phone number but its during the account making process so i have nothing to log into..

Cannot register account

The app fails to allow a new user to register an account.

Cannot guarantee a ride

Very disappointed with this app. Booked an early taxi to the airport only to have the job cancelled (no drivers available) and notified me 10mins before I needed to leave!!!
Had to call up Wellington taxis directly, luckily they were available and sent someone straight away. I really want to support local businesses but if you want reliability use Uber instead.

Doesn’t work for international travellers

Beyond hopeless after more than a year this is still broken. The app won’t let you register with an overseas mobile number. It gives the error ‘you can’t register outside NZ’.
Even though I’m in a Co-op taxi in Auckland when registering. Thankfully the old Co-op App still works.

Needs a lot of work

So I cannot order a cab via the app at my home. I am suburban but not central enough. So I have to call then pay with taxi card adding time at drop off. They can’t push it out to
App to see when driver coming. So I have no idea how far they are. I also cannot prebook on the app either. Looked it up and the icon is not available for me. So again have to call. Uber so much easier.

Safe and Reliable professional drivers

Great Initiative, lot easy to order taxi without been going thru phone and driver’s ETA . Best , reliable and safe than other rideshare apps in NZ .

Ride cancelled

Booked a ride for early morning to the airport. 5 mins before the taxi was due I checked the app and it showed the ride as cancelled. Not by me. Managed to call the taxi company and get another taxi in time to catch the flight. Very disappointed. First time use but 0 from 1. Won’t be using again.

Cancels booked in advance taxis last minute

I just ran for 45 minutes down a hill with two back packs and a laptop case at 6:50am because 10 minutes before pickup (7am), this service said they had no drivers and canceled my ride that I had booked days in advance. Clearly unreliable and untrustworthy. Will absolutely not recommend to others (which is a big loss of business as my mother, who I was visiting, has broken her arm and has half a dozen appointments over the next few weeks that would have been using taxis). Very disappointed in the service.

Zero stars--NOT for tourists

You cannot AT ALL register an account. I tried to sign up with my email. No dice. I used Sign In with Apple and no good there. I verified my email no program, but there is no way for them to SMS you a code so you can never create an account. They can't SMS a NZ number, nor a US number. I didn't want to take the train to the airport but that's my only option. Way to go Auckland Counsel!

Fine when it works

I have been pre booking cabs using this app for 3 weeks for a time critical appointment. Twice the cab just hasn’t turned up which has been crazy stressful. Won’t be using it in the future.

Comments section like the previous taxi app

Need to include a comments section with the app.
(i) The passenger making arrangement for a taxi may be also in possession of ‘short term’ walking frame or crutches
(ii) a better way to describe the location of the pick up. 🙂

App is so bad

Tried four times to set up account, no code sent

App does not work on SE

App does not work on Apple SE, you can’t book a ride time in the future, only the date…

Can’t even log in

App doesn’t work, keep trying to fix it but can’t. Can’t even log in. Uninstalling.

Worst experience ever

Pre-booked a ride to airport 2 days before my travel date. Ride was accepted. The ride was booked for 5:45am in the morning. Around 5:40am, got a notification saying ride has been cancelled. No details nothing!!!! I was supposed to get a flight at 7am and there was no one i could call as it was too early in the morning and close to my departure time (Luckily I got a taxi on the road which helped me get the flight, otherwise I would have went on to sue the company). So please never ever book your ride through this app. Never!!! Especially if it’s really important.

Ride Cancelled

Downloaded the app and tried to book for the first time, looked successful and then 5 minutes before pickup I opened the app and the ride had been cancelled with no explanation

Doesn’t work

App is very buggy. Keeps telling me I can’t sign up because I’m not in Nz?!?! Then it won’t let me load my credit card. Back to uber for me.
