I passed the verification process, but after the funds were credited, they told me that my account wasn’t verified, and now they haven’t replied to me for a week. I don’t know what to do; I’m starting to worry that this is just a scam.

I couldn’t complete the verification for a long time, and the support team wasn’t responding. In the end, I somehow managed to get it done, transferred funds to Yoursafe from another platform, and… now I can’t withdraw the money because for some reason this option has been blocked for me. And the support team isn’t responding about this issue either. Very disappointing. I don’t understand what to do

STOLE OVER $3400. Its been weeks and my money never got put in my account and they claim it was
Scam and do not use. They have stolen over $3000 of my money. I made a direct deposit I into my bank account because this is how my employer pays me. It's been three weeks and I have not received a dime of that money. Yousafe finally replied back and said the money should be in my account(after calling many times). It is not. So I replied to the email saying it is not in my account and I have bank statements to prove it. They Reply to that email with "here are the three bank trace numbers". I called Chase, my bank, and they said those numbers me an nothing to them and I have to call the bank that handles Yoursafe and give them the bank trace numbers to find out whose account they put MY $3400 in. That's been a huge nightmare trying to get a hold of a bank in the Netherlands when I'm in USA. They are trying to steal my money --these comments are correct. They are fraudulent. I will open up a claim or get a lawyer if I need to. I need this money to live!!!!

Terrible app
terrible app, passed verification everything seemed fine then when they sent me money it asked for verification again and so on every day. you pass verification it says everything is ok the next day it starts all over again. support service does not respond and ignores letters

They hold your money and don’t let you withdraw, always saying there’s some reason the transfer doesn’t go through. STAY FAR AWAY, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!
Scam do not download
This app holds your money illegally and when you try to transfer it you get an errors message. They charge a fee when you try to transfer and when the transfer doesn’t work, they keep the money from the fee. Total scam

Только зарегистрировался и прошел верификацию, как через пару дней заблокировали аккаунт и счет, не объясняя причину блокировки! Самый худшее приложение! На вопрос объяснить причину блокировки, ответили что они не обязаны отвечать ! Потерял деньги в размере 500€!

What a waste of an app everything you click on takes you to a webpage. You can’t update anything you just end up going in circles logging in and using a QR code that you can’t use if you’re using the same phone. I don’t know what else you want from me. I already got paid from this one. Make it make sense?

I thought the chick was insane when I first started reading her review. Then I got to the end and chuckled. Yeah, just TRY signing up for this.🤣🤯 it wants you to scan a QR code with your phone that is on the screen of your phone. It doesn’t even work to take a picture with a different phone and scan that. At one point, it asked you to enter a five digit code that you don’t even know. When you say you forgot it, it gives you the option to unlink your phone. When you do that, it just starts you all over again. Ridiculous.

Review of Yoursafe
My experience with Yoursafe has been extremely disappointing. I forgot the PIN for the app (not the email or account password), and it turned into a nightmare. Initially, they suggested I reset my password, but I was unable to receive the reset email. Then they started asking me to change my email address, all while requiring me to send in personal documents.
I followed all their instructions, provided the requested documents, and kept screenshots of all communications. Despite complying with everything they asked for, the company ultimately decided to close my account without offering any explanation.
This level of customer service is unacceptable. Instead of solving the issue, they simply shut me out and left me without access to my data. If you value your time and security, I strongly advise against using Yoursafe.
