Es macht Spaß sich aktiv mit seiner Gesundheit auseinanderzusetzen und sich und seinen Zustand besser verstehen. Ich bekomme konkrete Vorschläge was ich verbessern kann und sehe hinterher auch ob es gewirkt hat. Finde es faszinierend! Richtig cool.
