Great App… now that I know.

The app is great…. There are beats and meditations for everything but I had no idea I was using it wrong. I did some research on my own to find out what each wavelength could do and how it would interact with my scattered self. Now, it’s even better.

I’ve been using this app for 3 years now, and it has completely transformed my meditation practice. The combination of binaural beats, 8D sound, and guided meditations makes it unique and much more effective than anything else I’ve tried. The sound quality is amazing — it feels like being transported to another reality, whether it’s a forest, beach, or peaceful fireside.

I love the variety: meditation music with different frequencies, affirmations, mantras, podcasts, and even meditation options for kids. The flexibility of session lengths (5 to 60 minutes) makes it easy to fit into my daily routine. Having offline listening, progress tracking, and a personal journal are great extra touches that keep me consistent.

Amazing - Trust the Source!

This app provides some of the most beautiful and highest-quality 8D sounds, binaural beats, frequencies and mediations I have ever found. It is a must for those looking to step into, or continue, the journey of meditative self-awareness and exploration. Beyond the superior technical quality of the recordings and app, I have had the pleasure of knowing the founder, working with her and attending in person meditation retreats that she has hosted. This might appear to make me biased, but it is quite the opposite. After having the ability to select any app, or work with anyone in this space, I chose YouTuneIn because it is the closest, purest and most effective connection to Source (ours and the universe) that I have found. This app and it's creator are tapping into something others are missing. Whether for relaxation, clarity or other exponentially deeper personal connection, I strongly encourage anyone reading this to use this app as a part of their daily life. It is more than a meditation app. It is a gift from the Divine to all of us.

The breathing exercise

It totally put me in focus at first o had to concentrate more on following the different beats because i am used to a teacher kind of visualizing it. I knew there were cues to exhale & inhale, it took me a while to understand and breathe following the pattern, but the whole surround sound effect is hallucinating (in all the right ways) my fav yet in this app exploring.

Fiz a configuração de idioma e mesmo assim só tem em inglês as meditações guiadas.

User friendly meditation app !!

This app has been helpful in getting me started with meditation. The UI is the best and easy to use among all the other meditation apps that I have come across. The 8D sound technology and the binaural beats are really amazing. I also happen to read some articles on meditation and I must say, I have a different perspective towards meditation now! I look forward to being consistent in using the app for a well-rounded life : )
