Tracking is misleading
The GPS tracking is completely unreliable. The watch constantly shows my child in different locations around the city, even when he is staying at summer camp all day and never leaves the premises. The main reason I bought this watch was to track my child’s location, but unfortunately it fails at the most important function. As a GPS tracker, this watch is essentially useless.

No longer works
Can’t connect watch to app. Sign in works but shows no connected devices and there’s no authorization for the device. Such a disappointment.
Apps missing & interface is confusing
There are some apps missing. Before I added the sim I could see different apps like health and alarm. The main reason I got this watch was to set some alarms. Now that the sim is in the alarm shows on the watch but not the app. I can’t customize the alarms from the watch. The health app is completely gone and there is an app for flash cards that’s active but not showing on the watch. I also can’t add or control contacts from the app but I could before adding the sim. Other than that I like the guardian and the capability to snap a photo whenever. The gps is about 2 miles off. My son elopes and that was my main reason for finding a watch with a gps. I think the concept of the watch and app capabilities are great just need some work. In the app there is a family section and I cannot edit or add, not sure what that’s there for. Instructions would be helpful as maybe I’m misunderstanding things but left to learn and navigate on my own.

Add a device ?
I’m not able to add a watch it keeps saying to confirm the device is correct and that’s all no other option ! What is this nonsense?!!
