I feel cheated!
I started with this app and also paid $25 for the background check to them. And now this app is totally non operational!! The company seemed to be shut or what guys??!!

The app is improving over time and the admin is sincerely taking feedback from the drivers, we see the improvements we have asked for actually appearing in the app! A few rides a week are a few dollars more than I would have had otherwise…

I don’t believe this company
Why does an app always want to use your location? Even if I'm not using the app. They charge me $25 for registration without doing anything.

I tried and tried to set it up and I could not get past the initial screen where I entered my phone number. It kept going back to the first screen over and over until it finally just blocked me altogether so I can't even set it up. they need to fix this.
Developer is not Good
It’s an app review place not about what the work they do.App is garbage because it needs your location tracking all the time which makes phone battery drain very quickly & phone becomes hot, & they don’t need tracking all the time because when someone is offline why does you want to tack him & they need location only when someone is online like all other rideshare platforms.Signed up for almost a month & not a single ride popped up but they need location all the time.Rest of the app is not perfectly developed but hopefully will change with the passage of time or Uber will eat them alive it depends but so for loccation services needs to be fixed.

It’s fair enough for me as driver to save a lot of money, and feel excited every time I am working and feel have to provide the best service.
Review prices
I am working for Yride. When I talk to passengers I find that they are satisfied with the price that has been presented to them. And I am also satisfied with the value that I am receiving. But I would like to ask for a review of the prices for long distances, for example: a trip from San Francisco to the airport cannot be $27.00, it needs to be around $40.00; a trip from San Francisco to Ockland on a Friday night cannot be $25.00, it needs to be around $45.00, with additional charges if the trip time increases.

They are charging 25$ for Drivers to Signup
Have been doing many Rideshare apps as a driver but none of them ever asked to pay them any fee for just signing up. Yes you heard it right, when you start signup with them, they are asking 25$ fee just for signup. Seems more like a scam than a real app
Patience has value…
It is obvious that this app is new - it just started up soft opening since June 2024- i have done 5 rides so far, first one on the first day! I have reached out to the developers and they are very receptive- they are very active, supportive and reaching out to the drivers for improvement to the app- I noticed there are changes and realize these things take time- this has to take time to catch on and needs our support, word of mouth, grass roots activity to get going- if you have no patience then just stay only with the multi-national corporate duopoly structure and good luck with that. I fully support this endeavor to help drivers in the struggle for survival, help from the drivers and passengers themselves to promote and spread the word is needed- You will notice the nationwide ride share industry is in change, it takes time and effort to “drive” this to fruition. The success of this new model of rider app will benefit the local economy and communities…

No trips. I’ve been signed up as a driver for over a month in Los Angeles. I have not received one trip yet. YRide isn’t even advertising on any social media or television to promote riders or drivers. I’ll leave another review once I see what they promise us real

Tried to sign in when I’m replying my phone number bring the phone number again and again and again and then blocked me from entering into the app has a lot of bucks. Don’t need to be fixed.

As soon as I saw that you can keep the entire fair, I soon download. Unfortunately, you won’t start in North Carolina right away. I will support you in every way possible

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME USELESS APP
I tried to download this app. I entered my phone number my email and they sent me the code when I filled the code. They took me to the page to fill the profile when I clicked there took me to another page which said ready for your driving license I waited. I waited. I waited. I waited five minutes. Nothing happened then again I went back. The same thing happened. I waited. I waited. Nothing happened, I deleted the app and I downloaded the app again from the App Store. I signed in with my ID and again it told me to tap and the page took me to the next page which said the same thing get ready for driving lessons. I waited 10 minutes nothing happened, I got fed up. This company is doing such things in the beginning what will happen when they will start business when drivers have some issues how they will solve it. And when I click the sport, there’s no one to sport. It takes me to the next page and the next page is blank, please don’t waste your time to download this app
