Delivery too slow; no one to contact in case you need someone to help.
So I tried checking their website where to reach out in case you need customer support and their email is fake, can't even send them a message.
I tried downloading their app to try and get help there but no, it's also useless. It's just a chatbot asking me to reach out on a different time.

I DONT KNOW WHY THIS COMPANY STILL EXISTS. MY PACKAGE IS SITTING IN THEIR WAREHOUSE FOR DAYS WITH NO MOVEMENT!!! THEY WONT EVEN GIVE THEIR WAREHOUSE ADDRESS SO I CAN PICK IT UP MYSELF.
