Good app
Di pick
Delivery too slow; no one to contact in case you need someone to help.
So I tried checking their website where to reach out in case you need customer support and their email is fake, can't even send them a message.
I tried downloading their app to try and get help there but no, it's also useless. It's just a chatbot asking me to reach out on a different time.

Worthless
No one should ever partner with this company. App doesnโt work and their delivery riders are extremely lazy.
Not available in countries
Only available in Japan and Philippines
SLOWEST AND MOST UNRESPONSIVE
I DONT KNOW WHY THIS COMPANY STILL EXISTS. MY PACKAGE IS SITTING IN THEIR WAREHOUSE FOR DAYS WITH NO MOVEMENT!!! THEY WONT EVEN GIVE THEIR WAREHOUSE ADDRESS SO I CAN PICK IT UP MYSELF.
Walang kwenta
Pa delete na meting company please
Delayed delivery
Delayed delivery for almost a week for an item. Poor shipping company!
Only allows the Philippines
Waste of space - only allows you to choose the Philippines as your country despite me being in China and the company is Chinese?
