Thank you for your comment. The idea behind Yuko actually became very personal for me. When I was going through chemotherapy, my doctor warned me to be much more careful about what’s inside the food I consume. That experience made me realize how difficult it is to quickly understand ingredient lists, and it inspired me to build Yuko to help others make more informed choices about their food.

Erfindet irgendwelche Zusatzstoffe die gar nicht draufstehen, etwa Fettsäuren E570 bei einem Käse ohne Zusatzstoffe

Terrible. Wanna use it? Pay again!

I had such a disappointing experience with the Food Scanner app. Each time I launch the app, it forces me to go through the onboarding process again, which super frustrating forcing to pay again. To add insult to injury, the "Restore Purchases" button does not work at all. This is unacceptable and needs immediate fixing. Overall, my experience with this app has been terrible.

I like this app. It shows me what’s in my food in my pantry, plus when I am out shopping I can research the food I am buying.

Begs for review before use

WHY do you all insist on begging for reviews at the end of the onboarding process before a customer has even used your product? No, no NO!! Also, I like the search feature, but it looks like there are only a handful or two of included additives anyway? I also typed in the beginning letters of Phenylalanine, thinking it would have information on common ingredients like this too, and nothing came up…I would want more info on all common ingredients in foods, not just whatever is considered an official additive. It doesn’t have to be considered an additive in order to have information about how healthy of an ingredient it is considered. I haven’t had a chance to scan in the store yet so will have to wait on reviewing that feature. It seems like after a product has actually been scammed would be a MUCH better /more appropriate and logical time to be begging for a review.

Hot Garbage

Even after getting lifetime premium, it goes through the long onboarding screen every time. Because the design is not flexible enough to accommodate an iPhone SE 20, I can’t restore the purchase, and have re-purchase to get through. And after try to actually use the thing, it locked up so badly that I had to force shut down my phone.

Annoying

Subscribed and now EVERY TIME I start the app it goes through a bunch of introductory screens I’ve already seen plus it doesn’t recognize that I have a lifetime subscription… deleted I use your competitors much better app for free!

Application utile mais à améliorer et impossible de contacter le développeur.

L’application est intéressante mais il y a quelques points à améliorer.

Impossible de contacter le développeur : le lien vers le compte Instagram ne fonctionne pas, et il n’y a aucune adresse email, ce qui serait pourtant nécessaire pour toute question ou problème.

Autre souci : il y a des éléments floutés censés concerner nos problèmes de santé, mais l’application ne propose aucun moyen de les renseigner ni d’expliquer à quoi cela correspond. Il serait utile de pouvoir indiquer nos problèmes de santé directement dans l’application, et de savoir en détail pourquoi chaque additif ou aliment est signalé comme néfaste pour la santé.

Une adresse mail de contact, une explication précise des risques pour chaque additif, et une meilleure transparence sur les données affichées rendraient l’app vraiment plus fiable !

Uygulamayı yeni indirdim, açar açmaz direkt abone ol ekranı çıkıyor ve ücret ödemeden kullanmak ya da deneme üyeliği başlatmak mümkün değil. Direkt sildim. Belki güzel bir uygulamadır ama direkt ücret ödeme ekranıyla karşılaşmak insanda hiç hoş bir izlenim bırakmıyor.
