I LOVE your pizza, your people, and your service. Had a really hard time signing up a membership through the EDGE browser. Had to copy/paste the address and go thru safari. Almost quit the whole process except that your folks at the Hebron road location are so awesome.

this new app update was exactly what yall neededddd lol. makes it so much easier to order and i like earning rewards other than 5$ off after $100 spent 😂
App sucks now
App seems to be designed by people who want to hoard money. The new UI sucks and was most definitely AI generated with the prompt = optimize my app to increase revenue. Which is why performance concerns are set aside. The app is a slow buggy and disgusting mess and frankly I’m not buying another pizza from yall again. Peace. Also don’t listen to the glazer who says the app is better now - def a bot lol.

Previous app was an awful experience but I’m so glad to see they listened to feedback regarding the app and it has now been revamped. Experience is light years better!

Lunchbox login issues
Tried creating login and it says that my email is already tied to a Lunchbox account but if I put that email address it goes through the account creation process creating an impossible loop.
UI is bad really bad
Hides everything when keyboard is up. email login doesn’t work.

Simple basil’s option
Simple basil pizza option needs fixing, it is super bugged and I can’t order it
Horrible App
I honestly got tired of trying to figure out the app. Can’t order without logging in, tried logging in, told me I had an account, reset password, logged in, told me I needed to verify phone, put my phone and it told me I didnt need to create an account. I wasn’t trying to create an account I was trying to log in. Gave up after 20 minutes and ordered from somewhere else. I see the same issue with a lot of people.
