Shady, avoid
Wanted to try their Gaussian splat viewer, but no app functions are available unless you give camera access, and it immediately starts running the camera once you open the app, before you can select a mode. Why? Scanner apps generally don't do this until you start scanning. They might be illegally harvesting facial data, but regardless, the file browser didn't work and I wasn't able to even pick a file to try to open, so any potential shady activities aside, it just doesn't work.
