请增加定点停留时间
作为一个高端双轴，控制软件增加一个顶点停留时间应该很简单吧，以及很多轨道都有的末端减速，软件设计稍微上点心啊

The app is useless. Timelapse and 1% speed with pan head does not sync up with movement. App also won’t update any hardware

This things is supposed to be all so nice! Blah Blah, can't update the firmware on the PAN heads. The support is poor....there posting on every social media outlet but won't provide support. Won't answer questions or any of that. Thing is useless without a app. App notifies you of updates but won't allow you to update anything. Not from phone or a ipad. I would honestly give it a (zero) star if I as the product is too expensive to have such horrible software.

App no longer works
I’ve had this slider for a while. I charged a battery, popped it on. Opened the app, then turned on the slider and the app does not see the slider. Even though I’ve used the app in the past with no issues.

Unfortunately this update I can barely use this, it’s completely freezing constantly causing massive delays for our studio. Please fix this asap

Bugs galore
This was a reliable app for a while but the latest version constantly freezes and throws up error messages that can’t be dismissed, locking the app completely. Extremely poor user experience at the moment.
Gear is amazing, the app… not so much.
I just spent all this money on beautiful quality products for the app to not allow me to connect.
Pan head?
Pan control won’t link
Very disappointed in this app. Was looking forward to controlling the pan head as well as the slider motor with the app, but the app has a hard time linking to the slider motor and will not connect to pan control motor at all. What a waste of tech. Very disappointing. I was very excited about the possibilities of having second camera automation at an affordable price
Might return this slider completely due to lack of control features. It was highly recommended by several professionals, but apparently I’m not as fortunate to get a working model

Does not connect to device
I have an iPhone 13 with the latest iOS and I can’t even see the Zeapon even with Bluetooth enabled. This means the value of the device is very low.
Love the slider, App needs some attention
I gave you guys 5 stars because this slider is a great value. In future app versions it would be nice to have a smoothing function between the waypoints. Maybe it could work like curves in photoshop. The app sometimes crashes suddenly when trying to connect the PONS to an iPhone 7. It seems more stable on android platform. Otherwise the slider is an excellent tool and my videos are looking much better. Keep working on it! Thank you! I’m a fan.

Update: just realized I had to update all devices with latest firmware. Everything is working functional
Do not buy Zeapon: I am not alone in my disappointment.
Look around at reviews on Amazon and even this forum. It’s all bad, and all too true. $600 wasted.
This was a really great slider-app combo—until Zeapon updated the app, then its became a brick. Months of ZERO FUNCTIONALITY, with no solution in sight. I don’t think they are interested in supporting the English-speaking customer base.
The support here is so poor I feel Paying Customers should not expect this manufacturer to act in good faith. A shame, as I was really looking forward to the pan-tilt head.
I don’t FB or Instagram, and could not contact Z for months, finally got an email, to no effect. This email was only after a YouTuber (not the unresponsive Zeapon rep Scott Duncan) who was in contact with Z already asked them to contact me. He had a Google drive tutorial on updating the FW—no audio, all in Mandarin . Hmmm.

App works if you update Micro2 firmware!
All of these reviews say the app doesn’t function, which is true out of the box. I purchased a Zeapon Micro2 plus and the app would not recognize it. I followed the instructions that popped up and, after some googling and finding the firmware page (the site is in Chinese) I was able to easily install the new firmware. Once it was updated the app connected very easily and I was able to use some of the basic features immediately.
4 stars because the app is not super user friendly, neither is the firmware upgrade process. But it does work!

Nothings is connecting
I followed the instructions nothing is connecting I even updated the frimware still nothing just a black screen.

Tried to connect forever but never got connected ever since 😒 slider is useless with out the app
Update is tedious but works.
This is a great slider and nearly silent operation. Upon using it the first few times, no problems. Took it out for a shoot to find there had been an “update” which ended up costing me an hour because I had to troubleshoot their “improvements” and manually update with my computer. Such a pain in the butt. I hope they don’t do that the day I’m working for a paying client!
