Important information

Love the app but only really Good for when your down and out but still need to make a purchase because the interest and fees on items sometimes is ridiculous. You might be better of using klarna or affirm and pay less over time.

I've used this site for years .. Recently i haven't been able to check out its said site maintenance for a few weeks now and now i'm unable to log in

Site is shutting down

Do not get this app.. Zebit is going out of business. 8 months ago they stopped selling E-giftcards saying it would be selling them “soon” EIGHT MONTHS AGO… Now you can’t complete a sale on the site for the last 2 months when you go to checkout it states purchasing is down and will be back up shortly… THAT WAS TWO MONTHS AGO. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS SITE

Down?

Love the site. Love the process. I’ve been using them for years. What I don’t love right now is the fact that I keep getting emails for amazing sales and offers but I can’t check out. I can’t do anything on the site to make any purchases and I haven't been able to for months. “Site Maintenance” is acceptable with some information being shared with people who actually enjoy using this site.

The fact that support told me “yes it’s down and we don’t know anything else” doesn’t really work with me. Holidays are coming up and I’d really love to buy things.

App not working

I’ve used Zebit for years now and loved it. But for the last few weeks the app is not working. I’ve removed and reinstalled and that didn’t work. I sent an email to their support team however, I’ve seen their vendor’s response time from other companies and their not helpful. I rated 2 stars since app isn’t working but if they fix it I’ll gladly change it as it is a great service/company

It was great

Zebit was great until they just suspended purchases and the support team didn’t respond till almost a week to give you an answer. I’m not sure when it’ll be back up and running but right now can’t even use the app. Very disappointed

Wishing

I used this site for the gift cards to help with expenses. Unfortunately the site has taken them down and I’ve been told that they don’t know when they will bring back e-gift cards. It was really helpful. I’ll just pay what I owe and hopefully they’ll return the gift card section.

Not a Fan a waste if time

I have an alert that said i was approved for $1500 I attempted to place an order and it was i was not approved for the following reasons. Which makes no sense. then locked my acct

• Application source and underwriting risk.
• Shopping behavior indicates risk.
• Characteristics of payment mechanism used.

Zebit’s Registration Agreement explains that the granting of any credit during registration is not a guarantee that credit will be granted when an attempt to purchase is made as each purchase is a separate extension of closed-end credit subject to internal underwriting policies. Fico Score

They say they don’t pull fico score either you have to have a certain amount of income to get approved or something I clearly make over $45k a year and can prove it if they asked. However I was immediately declined so it most definitely pulls a credit score even if it’s not (FICO) as they say

Love but

Ok so I love this app. Just with my spending limit e we oils get raised all completed orders. Also I for my password and it won’t let me change it. Says can’t connect right now for like 3 days.

Prices and doubled, plus the fact you get charged a “shipping and handling fee” for an eCertificate. Companies like this, a BIG NO!!!

Ordered television that came with a broken screen

Received a completely shattered tv screen was super excited to get it and set it up all to be disappointed by a shattered screen already filed a claim to both fedex who handled shipping and sent an email to Zebit since there till free number cannot help whatsoever. Hoping to either get a complete refund or have the tv replaced. Not happy with my experience at all.

Unless and Misleading

I haven’t used since being approved. Keeps sending me emails congratulating me for being approved and waiting for me to buy stuff saying there’s over 2000 e-certificate cards available to buy. But when I go to their website there’s only 60 available and to places I dont even shop at. Which is annoying bc my main reason for applying for Zebit was for the clothing e-certificates that they advertised they had, but they don’t have any of the ones they advertised. Everything else good on the site is like $100 more than original price. Tells you to download their app for exclusive offers but the app is the exact same as the website.

This is a subprime lender. Prices are overly inflated, signing up was difficult. Try Zip or Afterpay.

A generic pre written response still does not change the truths in my review or opinion. Prices are outrageous! Why must this app prey on the poor?

Pointless

You can only buy things that they want you to buy…. Which is of course nothing that you want to buy. This is very reminiscent of Chinese scam rewards sites. 0/10. Add websites, not specific items. Deleted account within 10 minutes.

Will not link bank information

Just downloaded the app and it’s keeps telling me I need an update to link the bank account but there are no updates for the app.

Legal Theft

You have to be out of your mind to use this service. This is legalized theft. I just thought I’d take a look. A set of tires I can buy anywhere is $1400.00, $2800.00 on Zebit. This is absolutely insane. We wonder why people get into financial trouble. Use your heads people. There’s nothing on this site anyone “needs”. It’s all fun stuff.
