Worst service
Worst service. I booked a taxi, but the driver never came. When I called him, he said he had waited outside and then left because there was no space to park. However, he never called or informed me that he had arrived.
This was my first time using this service, and it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. Poor communication and unprofessional service. I will not be using this service again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Needs Major Improvement in Service & Refund Time
Worst taxi booking application I’ve used. Waiting time is too long and refunds take forever to process. Very disappointing service and poor customer support. I suggest using better alternatives like Bolt or Careem for faster and more reliable rides.

Poor and buggy app with no customer service with a human
Unreliable
Lower fares are a plus, but you get what you pay for. Drivers often ghost the pickup or drive right past me because the price is low. I’ve seen them circling my location multiple times without stopping. Saving money isn't worth it if the drivers refuse to actually pick you up.
