Needs Major Improvement in Service & Refund Time
Worst taxi booking application I’ve used. Waiting time is too long and refunds take forever to process. Very disappointing service and poor customer support. I suggest using better alternatives like Bolt or Careem for faster and more reliable rides.

Unreliable
Lower fares are a plus, but you get what you pay for. Drivers often ghost the pickup or drive right past me because the price is low. I’ve seen them circling my location multiple times without stopping. Saving money isn't worth it if the drivers refuse to actually pick you up.

Great app - no surge pricing!
I love using Zed as they do not surge prices which the other app does a lot. And they send a lot of discount codes which I appreciate so I hope they keep this up.
Sometimes if it is peak hours, it does take time to get hold of a taxi (or if you are far out like on the palm) but it’s worth it for me as I prefer to use Zed over the other app
