Worst APP EVER

Signing me out, slow clunky terrible UI, glitches constantly, password reset not working, not remembering my username or password, these happen frequently/EVERYDAY. Never ever use this app if you want your staff to like you.

Just bad

I use dozens of B2B apps for my fitness business as well as other markets and I can say that zen planner staff app is the worst. Frequently logged out, features don’t work, I spend more time fussing with the app than I do at the whiteboard with my clients. Terrible app, terrible execution, GUI is bad, bad password practices… just all around a terrible app.

Pretty frustrating

This app generally always has some form of issue. Their software in general has quite a few issues. I’ve had so many issues with. Zen Planner , probably gonna be switching to push press soon.

Garbage

Currently cannot open the company I work at in it. Just frozen. Suggested that they allow you to update your password within the app since they force you to cycle them. It has been over 1.5 years and still nothing.

TOO MUCH PW CHANGES

This app, for just my workout scores, changes passwords 10 times more often than my stinking bank accounts.

Fix your log in

Fix your log in please. It’s very annoying to not have Face ID work and to have to reset my password every 60days. It also locks me out and won’t let me access my schedule. Very poor

Forced portrait mode

Just recently the app forced me to change my password and then forced portrait mode. My case doesn’t stand in portrait mode. I need it to work in landscape. Please change that immediately.

Not allowing landscape display

I always use the app in landscape on my iPad but am no longer able to since the new update. As soon as I open the app it switches to vertical display. Please fix this.

Worst

Probably the worst functioning app I’ve ever used. I’ve been told for years it will get better. It’s only gotten worse. The website isn’t much better

Login not working

The app keeps not letting me login. Ive had to recreate 5 passwords because it wouldnt let me login. It also wouldnt work when id use face id. We have all been having issues with this at our studio, please fix

“Helps” you losing business

This is a horrible application, lots of bugs and crashes. Have to try everything over and over, at this point I don’t even bother using it any longer, use the desktop version instead. Which is also horrible to handle and the software, overall, is BAD.

Do not use!

This is the worst CRM I have ever used. Just don’t do it. Go use a piece of paper and manually do track your membership, you are better off.

Terrible app

This app’s usability is terrible. I’ve already called to complain and for as much as I’m paying to run my gym’s memberships, it should be a top of the line app with no glitches. The usability should include accessing member info that we get through the desktop site. I’m not always stuck at my computer. I’m with members. Checking in people is so slow. So many glitches. This seriously needs a huge update. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Glitchy Garbage

This app constantly freezes kicks you off or shows no one is signed up for class. Then you reload and wait wait wait to only find out people are signed up
You call zen planner and then are told. Did you check your internet connection..
The apps been around long enough where it should be better by now.
This app actually costs us time as opposed to saving it..

Unreliable to use in consults or for client training functions

Very unreliable and glitchy, unable to take clients information through the form. Wanted to go digital using this app in our ipad at the gym but this software is not stable enough to use for it.

I'm constantly being signed out of the app, and if I forget my password and try to recover it, it won't send the code to the email that I have. Always something up with this app.

Basic useless app

I just started using ZenPlanner for my gym, and this app is horrible. I don’t always want to be attached to my laptop to check member status. The most basic of information is available on the app. I can’t believe this hasn’t been updated in a while. It makes me want to reconsider using Zen Planner.
