SCAM
The company disconnected their customer support number, closed their websites and stopped fulfilling orders but doesn’t let you get to your account to cancel your membership. Nothing new has been put out in regards to workouts since March so you’re practically paying them for no reason with no way to cancel. Everything reporting to BBB has gone unanswered in almost a year. DO NOT sign up!!!

RUN AWAY!! Horrible company! Theft and Scam
This company is a scam! I ordered their gym 1.5 months ago. They charged me for the gym and for the app. Nothing was sent. No one answers their phone, no one returns voicemails, no one answers emails.
It's a total rip off
Never get the subscription, the app is awful and the video quality is bad. There is no easy way to cancel the subscription. You need to call the customer support, but I wonder if they even have one, as the phone is never picked up. I have been trying to cancel the subscription for months now, and still not able to get it done.

Doesn’t work
It won’t let me sign into it at all. I can’t figure out how to use this gym. Very disappointed.
Has potential
I’m in need of on demand classes. Unfortunately there aren’t that many to choose from. The volume on the videos is terrible- have to constantly watch my device to see what they are doing. Can’t stream to my TV. Who wants to do a workout on a phone when you have a tv? At one point the app glitches and shut down my entire phone. Everything was frozen. Not a good experience.
