Advertised as a user friendly by a reputable brand, in reality difficult to use without a instructions manual nor adequate support. Have to contact support for every little thing associated with the use of this app and device. We are a small business and wasted almost 9,000 dollars and got 0 results. Not to mention that antenna itself is “Made in China”.
