free gym workout

i’m inefficient when it comes to the gym spending time searching workouts on tiktok and downloading stupid paid gym apps, this gives me a simple push pull legs workout that mixes everytime i workout i simply adjust the weights to what i can lift and it automatically updates my future workouts to progress my strength, im very grateful as my gym time has been cut in half and im getting twice the workout in

Too demanding upfront

Maybe let us use your app before having so many paywalls. I couldn’t even log my lunch into the app without jumping through hoops. Don’t recommend this app. Better ones out there THAT LET YOU LOG YOUR FOOD WITHOUT PROBLEMS.

Thank you for your feedback. We are working on making the food library free - this will be released in 2 weeks from now. As you can see from the other reviews, the workout feature is most developed and mostly free with unlimited workouts and routines. If you can send me a message from the help section in the app, I can give you access to the food library right away until it is released publicly.

My Zeno review

This helped me so much it’s totally free and I love how it always gives you a suggested workout but you can always edit it to what you would like. there’s so many other features on this app that helped just as much as the workout itself!!

Good App

I just downloaded the app it looks cool, works well if you use the AI workout plan. I wanted to add my own though and it says there’s a problem with my internet connection when I try to start the training. There’s nothing wrong with my internet connection. I used WiFi and data says the same thing. I’m not sure if I might be doing something wrong but it doesn’t let me start. Overall it’s okay besides the error message.

Error message has been fixed by one of the founders. App works great now. 10/10

Amazing

It helps, so much, it adapts to you, it shows pictures on how to do the workout, you can click it, turn it 3d and zoom in zoom out if you’re confused on the position, it adapts to your learning level, it helps so much, thank you Zeno

Good visual interface
