Charged for another customer’s session — wallet billing error, no response from support
Wallet double-charged at Zeon Kanchipuram (Saravanan Bhavan) – billed for my own charging session AND another customer's session at the same time (01 Aug 2026). Emailed support with proof on 04 Aug, no response in over a week, toll-free call also didn't help. Escalating to the consumer helpline if this isn't fixed. Be careful with their wallet billing.

Lot of missing features that rivals already have!
Need below improvements to the app
— Need option to review each charging station, letting users take informed decision
— Need feature to see how much percentage at which a vehicle is charging, so travel could be planned accordingly
— Need option to call the owner/ Zeon executive if a vehicle is fully charged and still blocking the parking slot
— Need option to see a particular charging station’s analytics to see info like max charging speed acheived and so.
— Need option to reserve a slot to a max of 10 mins so that there is no anxiety when reaching a particular station
— Need option to see how extra money needs to be added to charge to a particular percentage
— Need option to allow charging to a particular percentage and the stop automatically

Very continent
I use only Zeon as far as possible. Charging initiation is super fast and very convenient. The machine response just by connecting and doesn’t need any action from us. Excellent machine Amazing infra !! Saves time

Horrible product
Had a pretty horrible experience using this app at the ZEON charging center at the mysore mall. The app showed full wallet amount where as it was consumed due too chsrging. The charging was stopped without any reason whatsoever. Repeated attempts to diagnose the cause of charging stopped failed. After topping up my wallet taking an educated guess, the start charging option ket greying out. I had to eventually leave.

Zeon gives you hassle free fast charging. The speed is just awesome!
Stop removing type 2😭
Please stop removing type 2’s and start installing a little bit type 2’s in your chargers as it will support long drive bikers like me who use uv lync
App should be improved
The app is always getting interrupted, once list no info on the screen. Most of the other Charging apps are much better

Overall is good experience. But expensive compared with other chargers. I request zeon to reduce the price based on the vehicle max charging speed.
