Good service
Worst Experience
Despite multiple back-and-forth emails, I repeatedly explained that the delivery agent handed over only one item. I also requested proof that both items were delivered or any evidence to support their claim. Unfortunately, all I received were the same generic, copy-paste responses stating that they had “checked with the seller” and therefore could not process my request. None of my questions were actually answered, and no genuine investigation was carried out.
Mistakes can happen, but refusing to properly investigate a customer’s complaint and dismissing it without evidence is unacceptable. The issue isn’t just the missing item, it’s the complete lack of accountability and customer support.
With several better grocery delivery apps available, I see no reason to continue using Zepto. I’m uninstalling the app after this experience. I hope the company starts valuing its customers instead of relying on automated responses.
Poor Quality Fruits, Poor Customer Service, and No Accountability
Just by looking at the fruits, anyone can tell they are of very poor quality. They were tiny, hard, and clearly not suitable for sale. It genuinely felt like I had been cheated, as no customer would willingly choose fruits like these.
The customer service was equally disappointing. It was very difficult to get support, and there seemed to be no proper quality checks before dispatching the products.
What disappointed me the most was their response. They rejected my complaint by saying the product was delivered in "intact condition" based on delivery photos. My complaint was never about damaged packaging—it was about the quality of the fruit, which included insects inside and unripe produce. These issues cannot be determined from delivery photos. Even after sharing clear evidence, they refused to take responsibility.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering fruits or vegetables from here until they improve their quality control, customer support, and complaint handling. Customers deserve fresh, safe, and good-quality produce—not excuses.
