This is my second time leaving a negative review because the service just keeps getting worse. I’m a very regular customer—I place orders every single day, sometimes multiple times a day. And despite that, I’ve had missing items, wrong products, damaged products, and absolutely pathetic customer support. This time, an entire item was missing from my order. The worst part? There isn’t even an option to report a missing item or request a refund through the app. What’s the point of having a “Support” section if it can’t handle one of the most basic issues a customer can face? Instead, they make you send an email and wait 24+ hours for a response. No proper live chat. No customer care number. No way to speak to an actual person. Just useless automated replies that don’t solve anything. How is a customer supposed to trust a platform where items can simply go missing and there’s no immediate way to report or resolve it? For a company that claims to value customer experience, the support is honestly one of the worst I’ve dealt with. If you’re lucky, your order arrives correctly. If not, you’re left chasing your own money. I’ve finally uninstalled the app, and I genuinely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone until they fix their customer support and refund process. There are plenty of other grocery delivery apps that handle issues far more responsibly. Save yourself the frustration and use a different app.

Worst Service Ever
It happened multiple times. I ordered things and it was not delivered after 2 hours of waiting time. Yesterday only I ordered food from Zepto cafe, the rider told me to cancel the order as he cannot come. After raising the issue to customer care , they did nothing. Is this how they play with the faith of consumers.

Late delivery Always
I’m not happy. Very disappointing service. My grocery orders are always delivered late and never arrive on time. What's the point of promising fast delivery if you can't keep your commitment? This has happened repeatedly, making the app unreliable. I expected better service, but the constant delays have been frustrating. I hope you improve your delivery timing because, at the moment, I can't recommend this app.

Watch out for expired / very poor quality items. Ordered bread and kids got sick

Literally the worst app like I returned the package and now the they can’t return the money and itll take 3-5 business days like wdym what if i had done the same thing ordering and saying ill take some time to pay thats so wrong even my package wasnt ripped or done anything wrong. Its crazzy right well im not use zepto anymore not even my family members thats fs. quite disappointed from this experience!!

Sending fungal items
I ordered muffins and it has fungus on it, they are delivering items without proper checkups and refunding those items amount is not the solutions you guys needs to improve this things so customers wont face these challenges
