User reviews

More gradual theater experience, please.

I’ve been using the app and in general, I like it and it has helped me some with my significant fear of heights. What I’m struggling with is the virtual experience between the second and third module. The first two are situations approximating what feels like 8 - 12 feet above the ground. The third situation simulates 25+ feet WITHOUT an option to stop, take a break and/or climb back down when the increasing height becomes too much returning the next time to go a little bit higher. It’s all 25+ feet or nothing! 😳😬 I feel that is quite an unrealistic jump for people with a fear of heights. That said, I am stuck on module 3 and not able to progress. Yikes!

So far so good

Downloaded the app and paid. So far i am very happy with experience. What they say aligned with studies on panic disorders and i researched a bunch. But it made me kinda nauseous using the app. Going to try to go slow. Took off one star but not because of the app but because of getting nauseous/VR

Felt nothing

I bought the program and tried it, I didn’t feel at all that it’s real or I’m somewhere high, it just looks like I’m looking at video in front of me, just felt nothing at all!

Response from developer

Hi Steve, Sorry to hear that. 1 in so many people do not experience a sense of heights when in VR. It is rare but it happens. Note that you can still follow the program and practice with seeking out actual heights. ZeroPhobia is much more than just the VR experience! Best, Team ZeroPhobia

Started watching introduction - there’s no sounfd

I download the app and started watching the intro. There’s animation but no sound. I’m I doing something wrong?

Response from developer

Hi Kalow,  Sorry for the late reply! Users with an iPhone need to take it off silent mode to hear sound (the button on the top left side of your phone). That's it! Team ZeroPhobia

Locked

App is terrible. Paid my $13.99. Installed. Start it and just get blank screen
