I think it’s awesome but it won’t work
I’ve been trying to use the apps pre-set shopping sets or even trying categories but it won’t load. The app won’t even let you check out! I think one of the updates has bugged the app!

Impossible to buy anything through the app because cart checkout is unavailable

“Add to bag” button doesnt work, so I can’t buy anything through the app.

I love that the store exists, but the app consistently has issues to where I can’t put in orders. Very frustrating.

The app hasn’t been working on my phone for months and have to open a browser to check out item! Not very useful

Love the zero waste store but the app is horrible and not user friendly at all. It almost always glitches upon use
Easy and convenient
I love using the app to shop on my phone and not having to go onto the website! I love all the plastic-free options in one place and my items arrive with no plastic packaging. Everything is compostable or recyclable!

Awesome app for sustainable shopping!
I have shopped at ZeroWasteStore before but this app is a game changer! Such a better mobile shopping experience. I also like how you can add multiple wishlists to save products in different categories. Love seeing small businesses like these doing big things. Keep it up ZWS!
