The real deal
The ZGYM is crazy challenging, and I’m somewhat in shape, but started at the beginner level. It’s good to see how the workouts are structured and I’ve not found anybody online who knows more or can design great workouts like these. My goal was to be in the best shape of my life when I turn 60, which is in one month. I think I just might get there with Zuzka!

I am very happy with my subscription because sometimes I get bored of my own workouts and these workouts are fun and short which fit perfectly with my busy schedule. I do not need as much equipment to feel like I am working hard. Good job Zuzka!
Takes the guesswork out
I’m L💞VING this so far. It’s all planned out for me and I never have to worry about what I should do besides lace up and hit play. I considered this subscription for years and finally decided to just do the free trial…so glad I did. Fast and furious and I am done daily. Great mix of moves so boredom doesn’t sink in. Try it!

I’ve been with zuzka off and on since about 2016… no matter how distracted I get I always come back to her. Her well-rounded fitness approach is unmatched. She genuinely loves fitness and it shows. I love the strength, stretching, mobility, cardio, even help with my tumbling hobby. Zuzka is the GOAT!!❤️😘

Love the new app!
I'm a huge fan of Zuzka and have been using the zgym website to do workouts for a while. But it always felt just a little clunky. Loving the new app though! Very easy to find and bookmark my workouts - and can even play them on my TV! I also love how I can super easily see exactly where I left off on the main screen - so easy to get back into it! The community doesn't have a lot of people yet (but I think it hasn't officially launched?), but I hope to connect with lots of people there! Major thanks to Zuzka for giving us such a great app to match her great programs!
