Was about to panic…
Updated app after a bit of a break and couldn’t get it to work. Started to panic when I saw reviews saying the app was ‘broken’. Uninstalled the app, then reinstalled and it was fine. Hope this helps someone else.
The specific treatments aren’t appearing
I like the videos, but only the plans are showing rather than the specific treatments, which is frustrating

The app has stopped me doing individual treatments only plans?
New update is awful
I love my halo but the new update is rubbish. It now takes so many more button presses to sync your halo, the plans page used to take you to your plan but now you have to select it. It’s not user friendly at all.
Device broke, now app broke
Purchased a Halo in Nov 2025, it broke in March 2026, took a month to get a replacement under warranty. Now in June 2026 the app isn’t working so I can’t do any treatment but the default one, making this expensive device useless.
App isn’t working
I tried to sync treatments but each time the app kicked me out. So I tried deleting and reloading the app. Now I can’t even log into the app. It just gives a 503 error message.
I now essentially have a £300 device that is totally useless. Please fix the apo!! Not acceptable for a product that is entirely reliant on an app to use. 😞

Was good now not
Never had a problem until Lastest updated. Was fantastic. Now when doing a program it will not let you advance. It’s an intermittent problem. Emailed ZIIP they final got back to me and said they don’t have a problem!!! Will now have to wait for another update and other people complaining before something is done.

Cant even login!
Login boxes twice the size of phone screen. Can get to enter or click on buttons. Won’t let me even create or login to use it !!!

What’s happened Ziip??
Have had my Halo for a couple of years and always been happy with the app but since April ‘26 something has changed and impacted my app experience. The app now loads ‘oversized’ or magnified on screen which makes it difficult to view and select treatments and there no longer seems to be an option to update software? Very disappointing as the app provides additional treatments and plans therefore is required to get the most from the ziip device.

The new app update really sucks
This is my 2nd ziip, 3rd one if you count the one that I had to return due to malfunction. This current one I had for 2 months as replacement and it was working fine until the most recent app update! I am so sick of this. Why did you update something that wasn’t broken? When you had added NO new features at all? Truly puzzling. I really don’t want to return another ziip. Again!!!

App is Horrible
I find it so hard to believe that a company asking for so much money for their products would let something so bad continue on the Apple Store. As a new user, I was truly looking forward to syncing and using this and I can’t even finish doing my profile because the font is so huge and it won’t scroll or allow access. Truly, I would have expected much more as a reputable company if you are marketing this as a reason to purchase your product. Truly disappointed that you are continuing to allow so many negative reviews to continue with no explanation or updates as to a fix. You are not starting out well here.

Has not worked for a month now
I have reached out a few times regarding this app no longer working. What a waste of $$$ if the app isn’t working
Latest update makes app unusable!!!
Since the third week in April, I cannot use my ZIIP halo in sync with the app. There is a banner on my home screen asking me to select which device I am using, but it is super sized and cannot be resized so I cannot access or select anything from the drop-down menu. I have no idea how to fix this. Cannot use the app at all now. Have deleted and reinstalled and it makes no difference. What am I supposed to do????

Bad update
The new update is awful. It now takes 3 taps to sync a treatment. The whole app is zoomed in so that you can’t see everything on the screen. The app doesn’t recognize when the date has changed, so plans are completely off.

Cannot login
For days now I have been unable to login or use the app. The first time I had already applied gel all over my face. Complete waste of product and time. I deleted and reinstalled the app but it made no difference. I reached out to Ziip directly but now have to wait a few days until they respond. Very disappointing.

Fix the app!!!
I applied all my gel only to find that the app is screwed up! What a waste of time and $. The font on the app is so large you can’t use it. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling to no avail. Of course you can’t contact them you have to email and wait a couple days. Absolutely ridiculous.
What’s happened??
I bought a Ziip a few months ago and was super happy with it. Since 23rd April the app has not been working at all. It looks super magnified when I use it on my phone and I can’t even type my password as it’s ’below’ screen on my phone. Not amused and almost impossible to get a response from a human. Sort it out Ziip halo. This is an expensive piece of kit that NEEDS a fully functioning app. I’ve tried deleting but nothing changes when I re install.

Useless update
Now cannot use my Ziip as app doesn’t work. Making the Ziip redundant. Only had a few months. Want my money back.
