Unprofessional, Untrained, and Overpriced — A Terrible Experience
I had a very disappointing experience with Ziki. The staff seemed completely untrained and unprofessional. The trimmer machine they used couldn’t even cut my cat’s hair properly, and instead of handling the situation with care, they left my cat scared and traumatised. The groomer left the haircut half-done and simply walked away from the job, yet they had already charged the full amount in advance. Utterly poor customer service — no accountability, no empathy, and certainly no value for money. I do not recommend their services at all.

Great service for both my cat and car!
I’ve used Ziki’s pet grooming service for my cat, Django, and they did an amazing job. The staff are really friendly and take good care of him. Django always comes back looking so clean and well groomed. I also use the car wash service once a month and I’m never disapointed. They always leave my car sparkling clean, inside and out. Definetly reccomend them if you’re looking for a reliable and good service for both pets and cars!
