The service is good but its too expensive in comparison to other similar service providers apart from normal fee they will also change you fix travel fee which is equivalent to one hour service .

Terrible app- they do not show up!
Absolutely terrible experience with Housy.
The entire point of booking a service through an app is reliability and convenience, but Housy delivers neither. On multiple occasions, professionals simply did not show up at the scheduled time. Instead of respecting the booking slot, the company calls after the appointment time has already passed and asks if they can send someone later. By then, I've already planned my day around the booking.
What makes this even more frustrating is that customers are expected to accommodate the provider's delays rather than the other way around. If I have to keep rearranging my schedule because the service provider can't honour a confirmed appointment, then what exactly is the benefit of using the app?
To make matters worse, there seems to be no proper mechanism for ending a job. Sometimes the booking continues running because the professional doesn't end it, leaving customers with unnecessary confusion and hassle.
Honestly, this feels no different from having an unreliable regular maid who calls at the last minute—or doesn't show up at all. The lack of punctuality, accountability, and basic customer respect makes the whole experience stressful and inconvenient.
I would not recommend Housy to anyone looking for a dependable home service provider.

I have been trying to book service since last 3 days. They have been rescheduling it multiple times without my consent. Very poor service
