Unprofessional behaviour, not refunding money after cancellation from their end

You keep sending me discount coupons for a service I still can’t use because you haven’t even bothered to expand to my area after more than six months.
Who exactly are these coupons for?
Either your marketing team has no idea where your service is available, or your expansion team and marketing team aren’t talking to each other. Both are equally bad.
Sending discounts to users you’ve made no effort to serve isn’t customer acquisition. It’s just a reminder that you’ve ignored an entire market.
A “Coming Soon” banner for over six months isn’t exciting anymore. It’s just poor execution.

Terrible app- they do not show up!
The entire point of booking a service through an app is reliability and convenience, but Housy delivers neither. On multiple occasions, professionals simply did not show up at the scheduled time. Instead of respecting the booking slot, the company calls after the appointment time has already passed and asks if they can send someone later. By then, I've already planned my day around the booking.
What makes this even more frustrating is that customers are expected to accommodate the provider's delays rather than the other way around. If I have to keep rearranging my schedule because the service provider can't honour a confirmed appointment, then what exactly is the benefit of using the app?
To make matters worse, there seems to be no proper mechanism for ending a job. Sometimes the booking continues running because the professional doesn't end it, leaving customers with unnecessary confusion and hassle.
Honestly, this feels no different from having an unreliable regular maid who calls at the last minute—or doesn't show up at all. The lack of punctuality, accountability, and basic customer respect makes the whole experience stressful and inconvenient.
I would not recommend Housy to anyone looking for a dependable home service provider.
