App Design is Poor
You would think for an app that updates at LEAST twice a month (and forces you to manually update the app each time which is very inconvenient and annoying) would have an app design that's actually... good?
I'm constantly randomly
logged out and leads to me missing things like payment deadlines and messages.
Customer service quality and the actual chat feature itself is VERY poor. For whatever reason you can't open more than one chat with customer service so if you have more than one thing to discuss you have to wait until the first chat is closed (which takes so long that you'd probably have forgotten what it even was). Or wait to mention it in the one chat where it'll probably be ignored unless you keep mentioning it because they can barely handle one probelm at a time.
It can also be hard to get passed the AI at times and even when you do, its a 50/50 chance of getting a human thats actually helpful.
Since the design and features are always changing and moving around, its hard to actually get familar and comfortable with the app.
Even basic things like symbols and where you would assume certain features to be tend to be confusing or not what they seem.
I honestly enjoy the actual use of the card, hence why I don't want label it as 0 stars. However the app makes me not want to have an account at all majority of the time.

So it’s an excellent server but when you come late for one payment even in the events that I was put in hospital for 2 weeks and money was stopped so I couldn’t pay of my zilches automatically and I couldn’t tell the due to me not having a phone in the hospital maybe they should work on helping people who misss there payments they snoodr that’s only 6 days late help use you don’t understand our circumstances zilch only think about money it’s kinda bad but great to get money u need and pay later
