Occasionally it is slow to load, but otherwise solid app. English option would be a welcomed upgrade.

App is good, but having no English when the provider is often recommended by international companies based in NL is really not good.

Very easy to use but no English version
Tinus a very good app, simple and easy to navigate. You can see your quota how much you have spent and where or what doctor/ prescription etc. Also, easy to submit invoices and expenses.
The fact that there is no English version works against the insurer and the client and I would have given 3 stars for that Bitburg app is really good so it is 4 stars.

I truly need a english version. Its very difficult to use in Dutch.
Niet makkelijker dan voorheen
De app heeft altijd wel wat kuren gehad, maar na de laatste update is het dramatisch. Na meerdere keren via DigiD in te hebben gelogd en er net zo hard weer uit te zijn gegooid is het eindelijk gelukt om de app te activeren. Zodat ik eindelijk mijn declaratie in kon dienen. Lang leve de vooruitgang... not.

No English option
What happened with the English version?!
Langzaamste app van 2020
De app is super langzaam. Draait slecht op iOS 13.2. Ligt niet aan mijn internet (speedtest) uitgevoerd met een glasvezel verbinding. Up en download snelheden zijn hoog. Backbone van deze app is gewoon super langzaam! Triest.

I am just amazed that all I need to do to make claim is take a photo. Literally one step.
Crashes
The app keeps crashing every time I try to upload a declaration photo. Easy app to use if it would work...
