Idk why but I keep trying to open a minor account (under 18) but even though I have tried even though I have tried everything it keeps telling me to scan Nadia smart card

Easy to use app

The app is not updated and seems like customers service is very slow. Some flaws in aap , like you keep on clicking and it doesn’t work. Right now I’m receiving messages from the customer service but the contact us is not working and I’m unable to reply. I had done my biometrics verification at the his bank but the digital aap is not updated. They’re not coordinated.

Worst

One of the worst app I am trying to register for stocks and it shows an error for the last 3 days I am trying to contact support but no response yet I have emailed them even started in app support chat still no one is responding

Easy to use app

It’s one of the most digital mobile banking app that I have come across. You can be relaxed as your cash is in safe hands. Keep it up zindagi!!!

Worst Coustmer service

Its been 3rd month now they are holding my 30000 Pkr without any reason which i transferred from my own account regarding to this i already spoke with my sender bank and from there side everything is ok

Errors

Zindagi online banking app, mobile app – this is a completely useless app that completely fails at transactions. In fact, after 10 PM and until midnight, it doesn’t process any transactions at all. And if any unnecessary transaction gets stuck and you file a complaint for reverse funding, you don’t get any response either. There is absolutely zero error handling. I give it zero stars.

Worst App

This app is basically worthless. It's extremely laggy and slow, contains numerous bugs, and feels like a beta version designed by an inexperienced developer. The UI is poorly designed. Furthermore, the support team is unprofessional and slow to respond. The in-app chat support takes at least a day to respond, and phone calls can take up to 20 minutes, often resulting in an unavailable support team.
