Buggy
There have been multiple occasions where I have logged into the app only to get the buffering circle of doom. Especially on Fridays when I check on the deposits of my paystubs. I often exit the app and reopen a few times in a row to avail. I usually just have to open it via browser on my laptop.
Unable to add external accounts
For months I have to go to the branch to pay my loan! App or website doesn’t verify my bank! Keep saying “Exception during execution”
Secure and Easy to navigate
This app is quick to fix any “bug” that interrupts the functionality of logging in and using it. I find it easy to get log in and see any activity that I am looking for on my accounts. Also, depositing checks online is made super easy through this app. I recommend using this app to handle your finances through MyZing bank.

Zing app
The app is easy to use and effective
Not a good app
1) stop asking me to rate your stupid app every time I log in. I’m there for banking, not to promote your app.
2) allow username, password saving, and Face ID. Not only do I actually have to remember my blessed username and password every time that I log in, but once I do get logged in, you ask me to rate you app. I forgot why I logged in in the first place!
3) make it more clear when you have an auto payment set up. It’s obvious that you don’t want autopay to really be used (because then how could you charge people ridiculous late fees when they miss a payment). I was overdrafted at my actual bank last cycle because it wasn’t clear that I had successfully made an automatic payment to a loan that I have through you guys. So the auto payment went through and I had already manually paid.

App won’t register my IPhone
I cannot get the Zing app to register my IPhone
Fast and easy to use!
Better than atm machines, cuz the machines don’t let you check out your balance and do the withdrawal at the same time, so, you need to remove your card to do that!!!

Like DCCU name better. App is pretty much the same. Which is gods.

Card control
I typically love this app, however for the past week I’ve been having major issues with the card controls.
I usually move money around and then lock my card so nothing gets used… however I haven’t been able to do so and it has been really frustrating.
I lock my card so if I happen to lose it, it can be used. Now that I can’t do so it makes me worry .
I would like to have this issue looked at or addressed so that I can feel secure in any time I use my card
