literally the most useless app
App doesn’t work
The app used to work great, now every time I try to open any document it just constantly reloads the page so much that it causes my phone to glitch and I have to restart my phone. The app is essentially useless now because you can’t look at, send, or edit any documents without it reloading the page over and over again before you can do anything.

Cant open anything
Pages keep loading and loading. I tried closed the app and reopened, still no luck.
Doesn’t work
After 3 years this app still doesn’t work . It glitches and cuts out when trying to type up an offer . Multiple calls to customer service and the worst part is we pay for this through our association for an app that has not worked in over 3 years !
New Error Message
I have been able to edit contracts from my iPhone phone for the past several years. Recently I’ve noticed that I can’t edit contracts anymore. Now I receive an error message saying Unauthorized Access. I can’t even open a document now.
MAKE THIS USER FRIENDLY
ZipForms online is great. The app - TERRIBLE. As a top producer on the go, this should be a tool to assist and better my business. Instead, I don’t do business on the go via the app because it’s so bad. I’m forced to wait until I get back to the desktop, or, to utilize my admin. Spend some money and get it right - it’s not rocket science and y’all have the resources.

FIX THE DANG APP!!!!!
Seriously this could be a huge time saving tool BUT it is full of so many dang bugs and crashes and doesn’t work 80% of the time is ridiculous!
App needs an update
This app won’t allow you to write up an offer. It just goes on an endless loop of reloading. Other forms seem to be OK except RPA. Frustrating to say the least. It has been like this for a few months. Why hasn’t it been updated yet is beyond me.
Useless App
This has to be one of the worst apps. It’s constantly glitching and the UI is horrible. I’m trying to write an offer with my phone as I’m away from my desk/computer, and I’ve never been more frustrated trying to get something to work. Don’t download this app

This app is the worst, it can not load the CAR forms and keep frozen.

I was really hoping this app was going to make it simple being that it comes with TAR membership but there’s other document signature mobile app options far superior. This one falls way short. Needs an update asap

Bugs needs to be fixed
This app NEEDS an update. I can’t always use my laptop to run real estate business hence the convenience of having a mobile app to access and send documents to clients or brokers.

One of the most frustrating apps I’ve ever used.
Forms not loading
I just installed the app, when I open RPA on any of my transactions, the form keeps re-loading and reloading , not letting me to see the form or do anything. What’s the point of the app it cannot open the RPA form.
Locks up when filling out forms.
The program locks up when filling out forms. You have to make sure to save what you have done as you go as you will need to restart the program after it locks up.
Wont work
As soon as you try to load any form or document it crashes. Please fix!
Glitch
as of today, October 25, 2024, opening the app trying to look at a listing contract and it’s automatically reloading in rapid motion. There’s no ability to actually work with the form, had to delete the app reload it and it’s still doing it.
