Love this idea. Have used it more than I can count.
Had to join the mass and use it because I hear the drones going all day. Only issues I have are high demand and the search engine lists everything that has the key word in it. So if it’s honey, you get a list with food and body products anything that has honey in the description.

Frustrating
I used to really like Zipline, but lately it’s been really frustrating. The notifications no longer work. I have them turned on on my phone’s settings and in the app. Over a week ago I told someone in customer service about it. They said they knew about it. But it’s still not fixed. The other problem is that there is no option to assign a substitution, and the last two orders, the main thing I wanted was marked out of stock right before delivery. Instead of fixing either of those problems, they added next day delivery with a three hour window. That’s the last thing anyone wants from a drone. The only options for me are deliveries in my front lawn. With no notifications working, I’d have to stay glued to my phone to make sure I didn’t miss the delivery. Fix what is broken. Don’t spend time on needless things when the important stuff doesn’t work.

Poor service
I wouldn’t recommend them. Sure the concept seems cool but they ultimately caused me an inconvenience. I waited a good while for my order just to find out it’s been cancelled. I don’t even understand what the point of having me order and wait just for it to be cancelled. They claimed it was closed but online said the restaurant was open. It just a huge waste of time. I’m so agitated!

See adds saying it available many times I even seen 2 of them delivered on the next street. So I thought I would try it out. But it seems that it’s not available in my area yet. At least put a option to check delivery area before having you sign up first and then find out waste of time.

This app is not a gimmick. It is legitimately addicting. The drone itself is an engineering marvel with how it deploys the tethered mini drone down to drop off your order. Kids love watching it too.. almost as much as I do.
App is fine, the service doesn’t work.
Waste of time. It shows delivery in 25 min, you make the order, it’s “getting prepared” all along and 27 min later it’s cancelled. Twice in a row.
You guys need to work on integrating with local places better and at least show cancellation immediately.

The idea is nice but I have had too many drones come by and only hover over my house only for there to be a malfunction and it refusing to deliver my items and then it just flies off. I’ve wasted hours waiting on food when I could’ve just ordered Uber Eats or gotten food myself.

Delayed, delayed, cancelled
I have ordered two times and is the same delays for an hour and then cancel. You try to reach customer support in the app and there is no option to speak to a human or cancel the order when it is already 30 minutes beyond. It’s estimated delivery time. They do not have attention to detail or to the client.

So I've tried different days different times. Morning afternoon evening. It always says unavailable try again later. This has been about two months now I've been trying still whenever let me do it so I'm deleting it and I'm moving on with my life.
