About

Track your fast. See your progress. Keep it private. Zirq combines a beautifully focused fasting timer with private progress photos and a built-in comparer—so you can follow both your daily rhythm and your longer journey without giving up control of your data. YOUR PROGRESS STAYS YOURS Zirq has no ads, analytics, tracking, or servers of its own. Your data stays on your device by default. Optional backup and sync stores your fasting history and settings in your private iCloud account. SEE CHANGE SIDE BY SIDE Build a private visual record with photos taken in the app or chosen from your library. Tag front, side, and back views, filter your timeline by angle, and compare photos side by side to see how your progress develops over time. FASTING AT A GLANCE Follow a live progress ring as your fast unfolds. See your elapsed time, goal, eating window, and streak without clutter or guesswork. Choose from popular schedules including 16:8, Overnight, OMAD, Warrior, and Alternate Day—or create a schedule that fits your routine. REMINDERS ON YOUR TERMS Choose local notifications for completed goals and eating-window reminders. Zirq never starts or ends a fast automatically. Review your fasting history, daily charts, streaks, and longest fast whenever you want a wider view of your progress. THOUGHTFULLY DESIGNED Enjoy light and dark appearance options, Dynamic Type, VoiceOver, and reduced-motion support.

WEIGH-IN REMINDERS A quiet nudge to step on the scale, on the interval you choose—every one to four weeks after your last weigh-in, at the same time of day. Nothing is scheduled until you have logged a first weight to count from, and you can change the spacing or turn the reminder off under Notifications in Settings. As always, notifications are local and cover only what you track yourself. A TAP TO FIX YOUR START TIME Started your fast late, or forgot to start it at all? Tap the timer to adjust when it began. It used to take a long press, which was easy to miss.
